Here Now... I Usually Love This Place... My Coworkers & I Come Here Ofter.... They Have A New Guy It Seems... That Just Got Real Rude Cause I Asked For Salsa... Saying I Already Have Sause... White Sauce... I Told He I Didn't Eat That Kind... Then He Processed To Tell Me... He Can Give It To Me But I'll Have To Pay55cents.. Which Isn't A Problem... But Why When I Didn't Want The Other Sauce... Very Rude... The New Guy... Trying To Own The Business 🙄... Trying To Hard... I Got My Sause..

Normally good food but tonight, ordered filet mignon and shrimp. Steak was supposed to be medium well and got back home and it was burnt. Manager and owner was very rude on the phone when I called and all I wanted was meal redone next time I came by. Can not believe owner was not willing to do anything to correct the order. Not coming back again and would recommend no one else do either.

Our experience was usually the best, the food is awesome and it is not that expensive. However, today my family received the worst, most horrible customer service one can ever ask for. All because we tried to correct an item that was being overcharged to us. The manager was extremely rude and instead of trying to resolve the problem, escalated it to the point of kicking us out. We have never felt so humiliated, and we weren't even in the wrong. I feel this restaurant will continue to lose their valued customers at this rate if the manager doesn't get a few pointers on how to treat customers.
