Wendy's

I just left there after waiting 20 minutes on my order that should have taken 5 minutes tops. ALL of the employees INCLUDING THE MANAGER, just leisurely walked around that kitchen with absolutely zero sense of urgency. You could hear the murmurings of the other customers about how slow the service is. The body language of all the staff expressed that they didn't care at all. I've ran kitchens in various restraunts myself and I can garuntee you, their labor cost is ABSURD.

Every time I go through the drive thru it’s normally a longer wait than most places. Today in particular wasn’t that terrible, however they messed my food up again. Almost every time I go through they forget something. I order a JBC biggie bag and one other item. My burger didn’t have bacon or tomato so I pulled over and went inside. The manager said they were out of tomato and I asked if I could at least get the bacon put on it. They fixed my burger and I left. 2 hours later my fiancé was wanting Wendy’s so he went through and he got the same thing, but this time his had everything on it including the tomato and bacon. I get mistakes happen, but to lie for no reason doesn’t make sense to me. They never say anything once my order is taken, unless there is an issue. If I say “Hey, how are you?” Or “Thank you!” I get a glare and nothing else. This place needs a training on attitude and proper expectations for it guests. One of the places I typically like to go has turned into my least favorable.

2 stars for food quality -1 customer service -1 wrong order -1 long wait Yes, I read the reviews and was hoping that I would have the same experience as some of the other reviewers who sang the praises of the evening manager. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. We went at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening. Sat in drive-thru for 20 min. When the older woman handed us our order she had said the wrong order and walked away before I could respond. When the guy that took my payment handed me my drinks, I told him that she (pointing at the woman) gave me the wrong order, he said they were correct and she was mistaken. We still decided at that point to check our bags and all looked correct. However when we got home and unwrapped our burgers, one of them was a chicken sandwich. If we lived closer and it wasn't already so late, I would have returned the order to have it corrected. We had just moved to the area and decided to give this location an opportunity to prove the naysayers wrong but they let me down.

I met my hubby here for lunch today, (normally this is a good place ) last few visits not so good , but today was really not good , my hubby ordered a taco salad , they didn't put the Chilli or the chips on the tray , an employee walked by the table and we told her about the the Chilli and chips missing, she wasn't sure if it came with that or not , I ordered a Asiago grilled chicken sandwich with NO ranch sauce add mayo , I got my food and it had ranch sauce , and they forgot my bacon, took it up to the counter (I hadn't looked at my food yet ,till after the employee had walked off to get the chilli) the lady didn't even know it had bacon on it , then the guy making it I think forgot about it , it took a another minute to my sandwich, then the chicken was dry , I live right down the road . I'll give another try, everytime I go in they have new employees, but if it doesn't get better we will find a new place to eat lunch
