I love this restaurant! They do their best to provide clean spacious tables in a small space. They give you refills on very tasty low sugar and no sugar natural drinks. They give you finest ingredients for their sandwiches and soups and salads. What more could be better? The customer service is superb. They give you a beeper so you know as soon as your food is ready.

After reading these reviews, I see I’m not the only one being treated poorly and the situation is not being rectified. I also ordered a $10 sandwich that had no meat. When I pointed it out, the manager snatched it out my hands and threw the whole tray away. They made me another but it had so much horseradish it was inedible. When I brought it to their attention, I received a lack luster sorry. She disc give me a refund for my sandwich after I suggested it, but the pain in my stomach from the sandwich and despicable behavior brings me here. I know people are stressed out but it is unkind to take it out on each other. These “managers” need to get sensitivity training or find another job that makes them happy. In the meantime, take your business elsewhere. It’s overpriced hospital food anyway.

Food an service are excellent as always. The new menu makes no sense. I find it frustrating. If I want frustrating I can make my own sandwich. Love the food hoping for a more smooth, flowing and pleasant experience so I want to come back more often. Also amazing job on having a full and professional staff. That is hard to do in the current climate.

I am a business owner who values the standards Panera claims to have…. In my last 6 visits 4 of them have been wrong. I use the app and tip generously because I care for food industry workers and used to be one myself. That said my orders have been ridiculously wrong. I’m a vegetarian who has been given bacon and chicken even though I ordered vegetarian options. Today I ordered two drinks for pick up only to have one made when I arrived. It’s just sloppy, unprofessional and a waste of time and resources. Furthermore the staff is incredibly rude and takes no responsibility for these on going errors. Even when I’ve reached out to have resolutions to these on going errors that have left me very sick or without my order as a whole…. I have been told “someone will reach out to you” yet not once has that happened.
My business, employees and family will no longer be supportive of this establishment. Their prices, terrible customer service and super wrong errors to orders aren’t worth it. Super disappointed….

The manager-type with the G.L.O.W. make-up scheme pile-drove me to the back of the line when I tried to refill my unlimited sips tea because she "didn't see me go through the line" and enter my number. When I finally got to the front of the line, I explained the power trip to the employee and he waived me through. I hope she enjoyed the extra 5 minutes of my life she needlessly stole. She's "been doing this for 20 years" though, I was told that for some reason, I have no idea why I now know that useless piece of trivia, it's about as useless as this manager making me enter my number twice for the same cup, which by the way was a Medium cup because the useless Managers can't keep Large cups in stock (the only reason I was refilling my cup in the first place).

Several bad experiences with this location and no customer service to help fix their problem. My online orders are never correct and all they provide is attitude. My sandwiches are never made correctly and my soup has been cold three different times. I do not recommend this location.

Food is always really good here and the staff is very friendly! The only issue I have is that it's messy every time I've been here. I used to think it was just because they are so busy so often but this last visit was at 4pm, there were at least 3 people behind the counter and 1 other person replacing the coffee in the lobby area and besides me there were maybe 4 customers in the whole place who all already had their food. The lobby was a mess, crumbs and trash all over the floor and the tables, fountain drink station wet and dripping onto the floor and a few flies around the coffee station. The restaurant is right next to the doors and as anyone who's worked in the food industry can tell you, it's bound to happen, but I'm sure with a little TLC it wouldn't be an issue any longer.

Made the mistake of ordering food at the end of the lunch brigade, and with that, it was quite understandable that we ended up bussing our own table.
We still found ourselves enjoying our visit though, once our food order was ready.
