Domino's Pizza

I am not normally one to complain about a restaurant because I worked in food service for many years. I also understand the worker shortage and some days are busier than others. But I have ordered from this location three times over the last 6 months and each time has been the same. It has taken over an hour and a half for me to receive my food. And when I do get it, it's practically inedible because it sat under some heat lamp for over an hour before a delivery driver even picked the food up. I wanted to give the location a few chances, but I can't any longer. But this time was the worst. The pizza is lukewarm, the cheese bread is twice baked from being under a heat lamp, and the chicken is cold. The delivery driver dropped the food at the doorstep (without me requesting contactless delivery) and had run off before I could even open the door. If you have not had this experience with this restaurant, then please disregard this review. I truly hope others haven't experienced this situation as many times as I have with this location and many customers continue to order, but I won't be any longer, unfortunately.

Please treat your employees better. Anyone I've ever talked to on the phone here sounded like they were on the verge of suicide and I was too sad to even eat afterward. They need better wages, compensation, and work environment. I worked at a different dominos; living with my mom the ~$80 per night was fine. I had a decent time at my job and seeing my coworkers. But I had some coworkers who lived in their car. People were in a good mood at my location though. I am worried for the people at this one. And it's been like this every time I try this location. Please give your employees something to live for. They always sound so sad here and I feel bad ordering from this location and forcing them to do anything at all when they don't even want to be alive. Give them something to live for. Please.

Don't blame the employees, blame the company. My order took an hour and a half to deliver for a large pizza and two garlic dipping sauce...twelve minutes from the store. Seems like nobody wants to work for Domino's. Maybe spread themselves to thin. That's not an employees problem, that's the decision makers. I'm hungry lol please step your game up

This place is terrible waited two hours for cold pizza. Called talked to savanna says she’s a manger but her attitude says something else. I never complain never but two hours for cold pizza seriously!!!! 50$ on cold food poor customer service and just terrible management!!!!! Never will I ever have dominos ever again. Put in a complaint to corp also called TIPS INC and spoke to buddy who is very high up and explained the situation. I would like a call from the GM because this is horrible. I’ll tell everyone never to order from here!!!

First experience was good. Nothing to wow us. The second was just poor. Ordered online and it said done in 30 to 35 min even though when initially starting the order it said 12 min. No big deal. So we waited. And notice the update bar never left natalie or whoever was prepping the order. Keep in mind from the moment we placed the order to 25 minutes later she had done nothing but prep the order. So we decided to head over assuming the site was wrong. We get there and ask about the order. .hmmm no it's not ready. So we sit in our car for another 20 minutes. Checking my phone, the pizza is still in the prep mode by this natalie worker supposedly. We go back in the store and notice that their screen for orders doesn't even have our name on it. We ask again and after a look around their tiny store amazingly there is our order. And had been done for a while. BTW, as per the website. Natalie was still prepping our order at least 6 hours later with several refresh.

Straight garbage customer service. I ordered, the delivery estimate was 20-25 minutes. I live 5 minutes from this domino's location. I have spent the 34 minutes since I got the text that the driver was on their way watching their car go the opposite direction of my house on the tracker and I'm still not even supposed to get my order for another 15 minutes, but the driver is farther away than 15 minutes. What's the point of ordering fresh food if you're going to drive it across the south end of town before you bring it here?! Driver literally could have picked up my order on their way back to my house, they've now gone past the domino's twice. Called to ask why this was, and was told, "sorry, lunch rush. Nothing we can do. Now you know that it's hard for us to deliver at lunch." COOL! I will remember next time to NOT order from you all. Guess I'll be calling back again whenever my food that has now been prepared for 40 minutes shows up, soggy and cold. Way to go on a $50 order that included a 20% tip. I will maybe have my pizza ONE HOUR after I ordered when the email I received says, "approximate delivery time, 20-25 minutes." ETA: watched the car icon go right by my house and then my order status change to delivered. I was literally watching out the window. No delivery. Gave it another 5 minutes before calling to just cancel the order. Unbelievable. Guess it's time to call corporate.

They should close the store down if they have no employees. Please don't waste an hour+ for a no show pizza. As for quick chains the Pizza Hut's in the neighborhood actual have delivery drivers FYI. Warning DO NOT waste you effort or time, you will end up cancelling and being in the same situation an hour after you started. As for Dominos, I came back as a returning customer. Never again... well not in the south denver metro area.... you know what forget Dominos, I'm done for life
