Part of a national chain. It has the best tasting coffee vs Costa and Starbucks. This store has a wide variety of seating and it gets pretty busy as it has a nice atmosphere from the large windows. Just around the corner from Charing Cross and Covent Garden. I’ve seen others comment regarding using disposable cups and packaging for dine-in. This is normal if it is busy or near closing. Staff have to concentrate on making drinks. Service ok. Toilet hit and miss… normal for London. Collect loyalty stamps!

Quick queue time and good service. Lots of options for lunch, snacks and drinks. This is quite a large Nero with lots of seats which was also a bonus so we decided to eat in. The tables were not cleared from previous customers which would have made the experience a little better. Would visit again.

Very impressed with manager there, impeccable services and attention to every single details. He also clears tables. He always serves customers with a smile even when there is a mile long queue… well done!
