Family friendly, sociable high st pub, good beer,lagers and wine,plenty of room, with large beer garden, experienced and friendly staff, unusual menu trending sunday roasts popular, crepe stall outside independent, music fridays accoustic.

Smashing place to stay in the centre of hampstead. Really friendly staff and clean and comfy rooms. Great access on the northern line to the heart of London is 3 minutes walk away.

Nice food (Sunday lunch), nice ambiance, pleasant service. But very dark inside, and the eating areas need to be far brighter than just candlelit. Yummy sticky toffee pudding dessert.

Our favourite pub in London! We Always have a fantastic time here and all the staff are so very friendly. The food is always fantastic, too!

Lovely old atmospheric pub and a very nice friendly young lady served us. Unusually for Hampstead this pub is not up it's own backside and doesnt feel like a restaurant that just tolerates people who don't want to eat. Great interior with lots of interesting old photos on walls.

We were treated nicely by Vendy at the pub.
The hotel room was clean and the pub food was very delicious and reasonably priced.
The pub was full of character.
I would definitely recommend the place and will go back again next time in Hampstead!

Without a doubt, the best pub in Hampstead. Utterly unpretentious, eschews Hampstodian inflated prices and serves great food. The beer garden out the back transports you to somewhere leafy on the continent and gives you a nice break from the bustling reality of the high street.
A few minutes walk from Hampstead underground (Northern Line)..

I’ve been to king williams pub and hotel numerous of times . The atmosphere is so chill and the bar staff are so polite and welcoming. I had a problem with my room once and one of the managers “Arian” helped me out immediately, such a great character. If you are around Hampstead I recommend visiting the pub on Friday or Monday as they have live music on 🙏 great pub

I've lived in the area (Camden) for 10 years, and this pub is my "favourite place " ( on more levels than you can count 😀). Try it, you may "go back" 😏. And thank you, lovely Iona (bar staff member) who made me think 🤔: I should share how much I "love" this place. PS: I've been visiting you 1) alone ("date with myself "), with 2) clients (best fish and chips in town), and ... 3) my "old" friends. Just sayin" 🤷 😄

Great place to meet up with old friends on a Saturday night. Good food, good live music and plenty of atmosphere. Overall it felt like a local pub where I knew everyone even though I hadn't set foot in there since the 80s!
