I was served by a lovely lady, Ivy! When she served me, she took my order down quickly and politely but not in a rush type of way! Would definitely recommend Shakeshack to those who want a delicious burger and chip meal! The staff are also very lovely!

First time at Shake Shack, had a takeaway as it was getting late. Service was good the guy was helpful and explained the spice level and toppings of each of the items I was ordinary and mentioned alternatives too.
Order arrived pretty quickly, was a bit pricy, for what it was but it's a nice treat.

Look eat more protein less chips I would like to see a side salad and maybe veggie dippers on the menu hot dog is like cinema style chewy as its not pork its beef but great with crispy onions not rowdy calm nice seating. Any homemade burger is expensive if you have an issue buy the mince make it at 🏡 NHS DISCOUNT TO

Actually this is my first visit to shake shack..The girl Purna recommended me the best food in the menu and made sure we got everything hot and fresh. The quality of the food is amazing. Looking forward to visit soon.

Nice food cooked to order so not necessarily “fast food” but we appreciated the difference in taste.
Fabulously dog friendly with a doggy menu so we were able to dine inside with our pup.
Prices are top end for fast food (£51 for 2 burgers, a hot dog, cheese fries, 2 drinks, chicken pieces and a bag of dog biscuits).
Service ranged from miserable to super friendly!

Was clean and service was excellent!
Food was yumnt too. The cheese on the fries wasn't to my liking. I could taste the powder in them. But overall really lovely burger.

The vegan shallot burger tasted just ok. It lacked any sauce and I had to add my own mayo and ketchup. The price is also a bit steep at £8.50 for just a burger with no fries or drink.

Simple menu and good burgers. They have the freshest tasting chicken - you can tell they don’t use old oil and have quality checks in place. Also happy that their chicken is halal, shame the cheeseburgers aren’t too as they were my favourite in the GCC franchises. I do think the prices are steep though - while the burgers are good, they aren’t something I’d go out of my way for.
