I had an amazing experience at Snowflake in O2 Arena! As someone who works next door, I've been meaning to stop by and I'm so glad I finally did. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Snowflake to all my friends and colleagues. A well-deserved 5 stars!

The gelato/ sorbet is excellent, they also have milkshakes (also excellent). A wide range of flavours and so far we’ve liked them all! We would definitely recommend this gelato.

Fresh ice cream & lot of varieties most of the time there are always a lot of people. Snow flake accept payment by cards only.

This is my third time, I always come for the milkcake you can choose from three flavours pistachio, lotus, and rose. Rose flavour, my favourite so delicious, diligent with soft texture. The good portion was enough for two persons. 4 stars because the prices are bite high. Otherwise, everything is great.
An update, I went again for the fourth time to try milk cake with pistachio and lotus flavours. Both taste good but not likerose flavour. Unfortunately, it was not available at that time, which made sense because everyone tried to grab one 😊

Came to this branch this evening and the customer service was very professional and the staff; alisha, ikram, anna and pooja were so lovely and inviting. The gelato here is incredible and the experience in the shop was even better. Will definitely be visiting again!

I loved the ice cream! The customer service is also impressive. They were able to provide us with dietary answers for my pregnant friend. It’s a really nice spot to relax after a long shopping day.

Yummy Pancakes. The portion size was good for the large pancake order to share with someone.
The tables and plates could have been slightly bigger. We found it a bit inconvenient to manage everyone on the table.
Good place to visit for a quick catch up.
