the ac is cold, the food is fairly good, service was a bit slow but ok, atmosphere was a bit mid

The service was very good although the employees were overwhelmed. It was very crowded but still we were able to find a place to sit. The food was good.

Bit rough, but it's a McDonald's. Food is decent, but prices really gone up. Wrap of the day still good value.

Clean, quick & friendly staff. Can get busy in the evening but breakfast is fairly quiet.

It was a late one, just coming off a shift. It was takeaway only and the wait was quite long tbf. To give them credit there was a lot of people to manage and they kept coming. They handled the crowd quite well, but they weren't using the order screen so you kind of just had to listen for your order being called which was difficult if you were at the back of the crowd. The food was as expected for McDonald's.

Would be 5 stars but the seating area is all shuttered off at breakfast time, seems it doesn't open till gone 10 or if they want to open it or maybe staff issue? When it is open though it is really nice. A lovely view of Shepherd's Bush Green, good to watch in the rain as people rush to catch the tube or bus, and you're nice and cosy noshing Mackie Deez. It is cleaner and better atmosphere than most London Mackie Deez. In the morning they used to play classical music... Classy!
Right now it is 1052 and it's raining, autumnal colours and traffic whizzing by... Naff music on though but just had double sausage muffin meal.
Anyway as you might have gathered this is a better Mackie Deez just a let down in the mornings because if the seating isn't open I just walk to Gregg's or Leon.
