I recently went to Black Dog Coffee, It is great local coffee shop giving back to their community. Come in on Fridays when a portion of every purchase goes to supporting pet adoption. Coffee is good especially the cafe cubano if you feel like something sweet. Deluxe bagel, veggie sandwich, and breakfast burrito are all favorites. Staff is super nice and yes the place is dog friendly and Welcoming!!

Just moved to la from new york and this coffee is my favorite yet! None of that sour taste that you some times get with strong coffee and iced lattes, this kept me going for 6+ hours. Perfection!

LOVE this place. Their dirty chai is one of my favorites and the food is super fresh and yummy. Love coming here to start my mornings
Update as of October 6th 2022: they are bringing some food menu items back! They stopped having food due to the pandemic but it is slowly coming back. Here is the most recent picture I found of their menu

Really fantastic neighborhood coffee place. The employees are always friendly and sometimes bring your coffee to you if you're seated. They're no longer offering food because of pandemic costs, but hope they can bring it back one day.

Honestly this is SUCH a hidden gem! The coffee is delicious and strong, the menu is creative and the food is exceptional, the prices are amazing too.
Closest to a New York bagel that I've found in LA!
Everyone here works hard and is incredibly considerate. Please enjoy this place as much as possible!!!
I've come in for takeout and ordered delivery and they are always consistent.

BEST STAFF I LOVE JO SO MUCH! The coffee is the best in this area for sure. Get the large cappucino it slaps every single time. They do a mean avo toast with hot sauce as well. It is a local favorite and I have nothing bad to say

Lovely customer service; friendly and accommodating. Very clean, and all employees were wearing masks correctly. The bathrooms down the hall were also very clean. My order tasted great, and when I told them at checkout that I hoped to eat half on-site and take the rest to go, they offered to box up the other half and they put it in a bag with a napkin & fork, etc. Just what was on my plate was enough for one meal, so the take-home portion will make a nice second meal. 🙂

Amazing food! Everything taste fresh and homemade.....The hot dogs are a must try! Salads,sandwiches, coffee its all great! It's right next to ihop if you blink you might miss it....don't sleep on this cute spot!

New spot in the Valley:) Kim was constantly checked in on me and my girlfriends to see if we were doing ok! Delicious vegan cookie and coffee! Unfortunately I don't live close by but If you're in the neighborhood this is a great place to chill and get coffee.

Freaking awesome!! I love that you can choose a Veg Dog with any of the hotdog topping options!! And they are delicious!! Small indoor seating and some outdoor as well but seems best for grab and go so you can walk around noho :)
