Michaels's On Mulberry

I have eaten there in the past and the food was good. But this time I threw the whole lunch away. I had the chicken supreme and thete was nothing supreme about it. The chicken was hard and had a vinegar taste. And instead of fries they gave me potatoes. More bread than meat and where was the toppings if this is a supreme.....

Absolutely love taking a break from the usual and trying something new. That’s how we ended up driving from Perry to Macon to have lunch today. The service was great. Smiles and a warm, friendly welcome from the moment we arrived. We were seated in a nice and clean high top table. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is a nasty menu. It’s gross in my opinion. Especially considering how businesses close early because there aren’t customers to serve. Take a moment and wipe those menus please. The food was absolutely the best! We loved the fried green beans for an appetizer and wanted to try the crab cakes but are understanding of products not coming in on a truck. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

My new favorite place to eat! Jeff the bartender is the best! Patient, accommodating, and friendly. He made our margaritas perfectly. Only ate appetizers but they were both delicious. The seafood nachos were so fresh and tasty. Enough to easily share with a friend. The crab cakes are the best I’ve had in Ga. High quality ingredients take the food to the next level.

Very clean, friendly staff. Our server Christina was very attentive. Real southern sweet tea, good coffee. We ordered the platter, two eggs, French toast and bacon for my wife and I, sausage for the rest. You could choose how to have your eggs cooked so I chose scrambled and others a sunny side up. It was a very tasty breakfast!

I’ve been here a few times now. The food has always been amazing, or corrected to be amazing. The key staff always have an intimate knowledge of the shifting menu on a day by day basis. The only possible complaint I have is that the attention to detail they spend on each order can sometimes delay service. Ultimately though, you can’t rush art, and the wait is always worth it!

My experience at Michael's was unpleasant. The main reason my experience was unpleasant because my food arrived cold TWICE. The second option arrived colder then the first. Now I do admit, our waitress was accommodating in the matter, except for the " you must be hard to please" comment she made when revisiting options for a replacement meal. In patronizing any restaurant, the one expectation I have is for my food to be served to me hot. The plus is that the food is hot and delicious but my food should be hot when it is sat in front of me - no exceptions.
