Great premium quality ice cream. I would not call it the best that I've ever had, but it is better than what you normally get served and some of the flavors are unique.
They source to a local dairy, according to a clerk, but eventually will make it in store. Try the cinnamon, it's delicious.

Situated conveniently on Cherry Street in downtown Macon, Cherry Street Scoops is a refreshing addition (and change) to the downtown business scene. Our visit on a Friday afternoon during opening week had a considerable wait due to limited staff. The ice cream selection is composed largely of a variety standard flavors. Ice cream quality and topping options are not the best you will find in Macon, but the convenience of location and the warm welcome of the staff make the shop worth a visit while you're downtown.

This place is a Christ Centered family ice cream shop, the ice cream is made in house. They have 24 pretty standard flavors. It would be nice to see a few creative flavors in addition to the standard flavors. We enjoyed the the mint chocolate chip and the keylime pie ice cream.

Great ice cream! Clean, well-lit establishment in beautiful downtown! There are also a couple of tables outside. I went by on July fourth and a lady with a camera interviewed me...of course you can't reasonably expect that kinda treatment every day. 😂

I love my ice cream cold. The people working here are far from cold. They are very warm and welcoming with the atmosphere they share.

I tried this establishment for the first time and was super excited because of the selection of delicious ice but when I tell you I could have saved my money. Both of my choices of ice cream were crystallized, like they're not stored the right way (one was almost gone). I threw my almost $8.00 ice cream in the trash. Not worth the money. The staff was super nice but they knew that ice cream was not up to acceptable standards.

The service was exceptionally wonderful. The lady who served us was very polite. I had the cotton candy ice cream and it was some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Everything was clean, and the environment was very nostalgic. We will definitely be back again.
