Hardee's

Good food but I wsited over 5 minutes at drive up for someone to take my order and then once I got my order n parked to eat, I didnt get the ketchup or creamer I asked for. So I went in, I need my creamer, and they didnt have any! I let the lady know I was a little aggravated but considering the issue with finding people to actually work to earn money instead of sitting home collecting money and our lousy administration screwing everything up it touches, I tried to be understanding. The lady that waited on me was there from another store, undoubtedly bc of not enough help.

It said they were open but doors were locked so we went thru the drive thru and they took 3 separate orders for just me, The young girl won't let me finish telling her what I wanted then got all orders wrong, Then when I pulled around she opened the door and let a few people in and lock the door behind them and they seemed to all know each other and ordered and sat down! Family favors I guess!

Terrible service . We pulled in to feed our family at 530 on a Saturday they open at 5:00 am on a Saturday. They had the open sign blinking we pulled in and she said sorry we are currently closed. I understand things come up. But it’s 5am on a busy morning with lights on saying they are open. I personally believe they were being lazy

I went to Hardee's at 9:00 pm, order my food at drive thru window, the employee didn't answer me when I finished. Drove around and nobody came to window to let me know what was going on, why did she take my order then hide, unprofessional, I don't appreciate being ghosted at the Hardee's on Gray Hwy! And you wonder why you don't stay busy.

Went to Hardees to get 2 #1 and was very disappointed both burgers were saturated in condiments the bread was soggy and wet. Everything about my experience was disappointing not to mention we paid $18.00 for two combos and I had to feed it to my dog I have pictures we tried wipping the meat off with three paper towels it was ruined. Spoke to Manager she said she could replace it but not once did she apologize. 😥
