Wingstop

I placed my order online. Came to pick and had to wait for them to finish cooking to pick it up. I ordered a 30 pack “all flats”. Get home and got more drums than anything. Wings were not freshly cooked as you could taste the old oil and grease. Fries immediately cold. Have a son that wanted this as a request. Now he doesn’t even want to eat them. Disgusting no flavor at all. Been coming to Wingstop for a while but not any longer. You just lost me as a customer. I have pics and the online order to prove. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ok we arrived and were told that it was a hour waiting time. So we decided to wait. Bet they didn't see that coming. Lols. Ok so while we were waiting a lady and her 2 kids returned shortly after leaving. Apparently wingstop employees forgot her fries. She got them n I literally thought nothing of it. After maybe 35-45 minutes we get our order and my friend checked it and it SEEMED Ok. Got to our hotel and SURPRISE we really we have no fries. Ok the trip going was 11 miles/15 minute drive ONE WAY. Had to double back to get our fries which should have been with our order. So what should have been a 1 time trip/22 miles/30 minutes(roundtrip) was now a 44 miles/1 hour trip(round trip) minute drive because of their forgetfulness. Not to mention the wings were fried too hard despite being told told not to do so and looked like they were soaked in old grease. As complementary we were offered an additional side of ranch dressing.🤦🏾 Really?! By the time we made it to our room we had to reheat everything Oh n before I forget just after we left for the 2nd time another person had to come back n get THEIR fries. Apparently it's an ongoing issue here. Save urself the trouble and get ur meal anywhere else BUT HERE!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They have a bunch of little kids working there who don’t know anything about customer service. No one greeted us at the door but they did have time to conjure in the middle of the kitchen (not doing anything) to comment on customers as they walked through the door. The place was dirty. All the employees were just standing around in the kitchen drinking sodas as they made peoples food. This place needs to be shut down. They need some new management and they need people who actually want to do their job. The KIDS they have working there now are a recipe for disaster.

I've ordered wings and fries from here. My wings were good but my fries were soggy. I didn't eat all but one of my fries. I've finished the wings while on the phone with my mom and began to throw up minutes later. My mom then proceeded to let me know that my aunt and my cousin had gotten food poison from this place last week, as well. I would not recommend going to this place at this time . Update: second day and I've vomited last night and this morning. This place should be shut down

I asked the cashier to wash her hands before she prepares my food today. She replied " I don't touch the food with my hands". The cook mopped the floor in the dining area then proceeded to drop more chicken without washing her hands (NASTY). The pics show grease leaking on the seat of my car today. I filed a complaint earlier this summer because grease permanently stained my new $98 dress pants as I was carrying food to my car, the manager refused to replace them.

My family and I walked into the store and there were three people standing at the front counter. When we walked in nobody greeted us, no hey how you doing or nothing. The cashier was busy doing something (not sure what exactly) then she looked up at us after about 5 minutes of us just standing and says “yall ready to order” then I asked her was she ready to take our order? Then she says I been ready! Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ Needles to say we left and went to the other wing place across the street. It’s so said that nobody taught that poor girl any customer service skills.

I ordered the boneless thighs through Door Dash which is the only option to order Thigh Stop. After watching several YouTube reviews To, o say the least, I wasn't impressed. The bone in tight were nice and crispy but they were extremely small. I never liked huge thighs, but they were so small they were more skin than meat which made the meat a bit dry. The boneless thighs were like little popcorn chicken. Nothing to rave about. I'll stick to the wings instead.
