I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich. I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l. Update I made a complaint but Zaxby's don't care about their customers at all just look at how many of customers have complain about this locations.

Asked for my chicken to be fried fresh several times because they are legendary for giving out old cold food. The worked acknowledged my request as if it just might happen! But of course they got me again! Worse chicken sandwich I ever had in my life! I will not waste anymore of my hard earn money on this place again! What a let down!

The quality at this location is mediocre. I ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches. Both of them had almost noo chicken salad on the sandwich. When I returned them I did receive two new sandwiches, although I had to specifically ask for fresh fries. I did not receive any acknowledgement of their error, a "sorry" or otherwise. The store is basically run by a bunch of teenagers...so can't expect much I guess.

Man this was just atrocious. It's real bad. No leadership what so ever man. The lobby was packed. I ordered something real simple on the menu. Tell me what 4 people after me got their food before me. Man I ordered a basic combo, no special requests or add ons. What happened? After 20 minutes I just left Man. I told someone in line they had a free meal if they could figure out what happened. Incompetence from the very top to bottom.

I ordered a six of chicken tender it was horrible!!! And they also didn't give me the right sauce!!; That's why I don't like ordering online!!! This has got to be the worse Zaxby's ever cause they always messing up ya order!!!! I don't even want this $hit now!!!

One of my favorite places to visit when I need to pick me up something.. always hot and fresh. The wings and things will never get old! Tongue torch traditional wings with tenders dipped in sweet n spicy and a side of onion rings!!

I love to walk in to a restaurant and stand there for 10 minutes, being completely ignored, while the pitiful looking staff play on their phones in front of me. Will never go back to a Zaxbys again.
