Food was good. Service was quick, but could use a dose of southern hospitality. They weren't rude but you could tell they didn't want to be there.

I ordered a sausage biscuit. See photo and you will see my issue. Also, I ordered a sweet tea, light ice. I had a cupful of ice. I will never go back to this location.

This is my favorite McDonald's. They always wear their masks and the staff are generally very helpful and relaxed.

The busy staff did better this time. As is normal, the food was hot and a cashier quickly took my order. The fact that the cashier was friendly is a plus. She even thanked me as I was leaving the restaurant! That indeed was nice customer service. Between that and the delicious fries, I'll probably go back. My only disappointment is the wait time-- seemingly resulting from staff taking care of the drive thru customers first. The process sorta reminds me of the hair salon: those with appointments vs walk-ins.

The crew is friendly, they are very accommodating with specific requests. And I enjoy relaxing there with my child while she is doing her online work.

My daughter wanted McDonald's so we stopped at this location. According to her the pancakes were good and my cinnamon sticks we're delicious and cost forty cent less then other McDonald's. However our McDouble gave us a McAche...i.e..a stomach ache. Give me or my daughter a camera and we can make anything look good but don't be fooled leave McDonald's lunch food alone!!!! It will have you out for the count!

Fairly good service and pretty quick. The only thing, I guess like every McDonald's is if you ask specifically for them to customize your order in some way more then half the time its wrong.

Foods are hot. Dont know what's going on in there but they are the slowest McDonald's in Macon. Still good food, well McDonald's food. And correct order. Pretty good attitude employees though.
