Arby's

Went to Arbys and ordered two chicken sliders, fries and a peach lemonade. That’s when i noticed the hair in my food (fries) . I was already at work so i couldnt go back to the restaurant. I called instead and told the lady what happened. She stated “ they don’t give refunds . And i could just get something else to replace it “ . I’ve worked at fast food for two years long as the customer has their receipt you have to give them a refund . No i also didn’t want anything to replace it after i just found hair in my food !! No it’s not about the money the loaded fries were only $2.99 . I could’ve just took my money elsewhere but i will be calling corporate about this and yes i still have my receipt.

Ordered 4 med. Beef and cheddar meals and they like to break up order instead of set price which causes the bill to be 4$ more than if rang up as combo kinda upset about it and I mentioned it to them but she didn't know what to do about it and I didn't want to wait just watch your bill when ordering food is still good though

This Arby's is the closest to my house and yet; I find myself tempted to go to Warner Robins. That is based solely on the surrounding area and the overall look and run-down appearance of not only the Arby's but also all of the surrounding businesses such as, KFC, PIGLEY WIGLEY, DOLLAR TREE, JUST TO NAME A FEW!! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AFTER DARK!

This morning was very gloomy but when I came to Arby's on Pio Nono it picked up my spirits. The Assistant Manager Hakeem Jones was so nice and cordial in his voice and his appearance was nice. He showed genuine concern and love for great customer service Thanks Arby's for employing great people . That is what we need today for love of our community.

Horrible. The food was dry and the cheese sauce was old. My Hi-c fruit punch was tasteless and watered down. Also, they forgot to place my large order of curly fries in the bag I already paid for. The area where the restaurant is located at is very rough looking. The Arby's located off of Riverside Drive is the best location in Macon to me. My food from that one is always hot and fresh.

I am a huge fan of of Arby's roast beef sandwiches however this location is never my first choice. Why? Because I dislike inconsistency...I never know if the food I'm ordering will be made to my satisfaction. However against my better judgement I stopped at this location to get a turkey club. It was my first time ordering that sandwich and they did an amazing job. The sandwich was delicious...not better than the roast beef but still good.
