Wendy's

They must be hiring only hypes because the red head manager let a hype walk up to the drive through for a bag of food. The hype gave me an attitude for looking at her. The black guy who was taking my order made both my sandwiches into two separate orders instead of one. He didn’t tell me my total after I ask for it. He told me to pull up and told me they didn’t have anymore cheese after I paid. This is the worse place I ever stopped at to get food. The food was terrible my sandwich bread was flat and wet. I don’t recommend this place if you want Wendy’s go to the one near stoughton rd. This place has hypes no cheese and bad customer service.

Ordered through the mobile app. Cashier asked if the mobile order was our food because it was “very specific.” My husband explained yes, it is customized due to an allergy. Cashier leaves the drive through window open and goes to the other worker and loudly complains about removing the cheese and adding honey mustard. Comes back with the food and says, “you’re going to have to check this shit” I asked him to just give it to me because I can hear him complaining about making the order. He says the car behind us ordered the same thing. As I was driving away, he yelled “fucking bitch” out of the window. The order was indeed wrong and there were no drinks. There was no bacon on my husbands sandwich and onion was left on. There was a spicy nugget mixed in with the regular ones which my child did not appreciate, and there were no sauces for the nuggets. No napkins were included and the fries were soggy. There were pickle ends/stems on both sandwiches. I am appalled at the treatment we received in the drive through and I would absolutely not be returning to “inconvenience” the staff again. Maybe consider staffing restaurants appropriately to avoid such angry burnout from employees.

First off I cannot believe I took the time to turn around and cut thru a Popeyes restaurant to go back to order from this Wendy’s. Person on speaker for ordering told us to wait when we spoke we were ready to order. Took a while to come back to microphone. Ordered about $20 of food for 3 of us - the diet soda tasted terrible like the gun needed changing. Fries were ok however the grilled chicken sandwich smelled like an old foot and tasted lousy. Drive thru girl was rude and also forgot our soda and seemed annoyed when I asked for it, and seemed more annoyed when I motioned for her again since she forgot our spoons for the two frostys we ordered. Will not be back would rather eat at a Kwik trip

Via drive-thru, I ordered 1 each of bacon, egg & cheese biscuit & sandwich because I wanted to compare. The biscuit version is definitely my preference. The sandwich version is merely on a bun. No competition for the biscuit!! Both tasty & hot, but the biscuit wins!! My only dislike is that the egg is not scrambled. I prefer scrambled & don't care for bland-tasting egg whites.
