Pizza Hut

Worst experience ever. Took an hour to deliver. They delivered the wrong pizza. Called to get it corrected. The person on the phone was rude. Waited an hour and a half to get the replacement pizza which was cold. The one they did delivered at first was slung all to one side of the box. I will post pics when I figure out how.

Literally the worst experience!! Sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes and the lady looked at us then walked off. We thought maybe they were busy so I sent my boyfriend in to pick up our order and they still made him wait for 2 employees to finish chatting. We made our order online and it had told us 25 minutes prior (mind you we spent 20 of it waiting at the location at this point). She apologized for the wait but why was there a wait?!? The place was empty and all they were doing was talking! Then when my boyfriend signed for it she had the nerve to ask why he didn't leave a tip!! That was just the beginning, we get home (we don't live far) and the pizza is soggy and the cheese sticks were hard as a rock! On top of that neither were even cut!!! Definitely the last time we'll use this location! This had already happened once last month but thought it could have just been a rough night but this was too much!!

HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE. Everything went smoothly getting the pizza delivered but when the delivery guy left I opened the box that had a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza inside and I was so mad. The pizza was smushed together and the display looks NOTHING like any other pizza I’ve order. I’m praying that y’all get shut down. If the workers there really needed the money they would work (HARD) for it. It disgusts me that you get paid for doing a terrible job. There’s no reason you should look at a pizza and clearly see that it’s out of order and looks bad and still close the box and deliver it. If y’all can’t handle a little job like Pizza Hut how could y’all handle ANY JOB.

I went online at 10:04am before the restaurant was even open. I placed and order to be delivered to my daughter at work at 11am for her birthday lunch, and when they opened they texted me updates each step of the way. The order was delivered at 11:14, hot and delicious, and my daughter was delighted! Thank you Pizza Hut in Malvern for such fast and delicious service!!

Our experience at pizza hut in malvern arkansas was horrible. After 20 minutes we finally were asked what we wanted to drink. Than another 10 before they took our order than 45 minutes to get pizza out. We weren't the only customers that had this experience as well. One guy complained about being 45 min on his pizza. Another table was complaining that it took 54 min for their pizza and they received their meal free. Us nothing. The salad bar was either empty or sat a long time. Broccoli was brown and I asked for fresh and was told that it looked the same in the back. Rude. How does it take almost hr and half to order and recieve a drink and a pizza. Won't be back.

Went in chewy and there were several people already in there we were instructed to fix a plate and pick a seat there were no plates available we waited 10 minutes and never got drinks or silverware. We fixed our own drinks and set back down waited a couple more minutes and decided to leave. We try to pay for our drinks and they were gracious enough to not take our money. As a manager of a restaurant, that is what I would have done also but I would not have tried to give a dozen reasons why they gave us such poor service.
