Tgi Fridays

This establishment deserve worse than one star. I am not one to complain, but this place needs immediate attention. Someone in my party has allergies and they were not taken seriously. Not only that, but the food was served with the allergies, after discussing it with the waiter. It was a slow Tuesday night, and the wait was long for food that was cold and bad tasting. Drinks were poor and service was even worse. Spoke to management, who didn’t even introduce himself, just to be even more disappointed. Management did not give a great response to the issue and minimal response was given. My advice, is please be careful coming to this location if you have allergies. Will not be returning after this experience which I would consider a disaster.

In town for a couple days..ordered online for a timed pick up..only waited a few minutes. The staff were awesome about confirming we were getting the correct order...it was big...sorry. food turned out great. Mac and cheese is amazing as were the burgers. We will be back again next time we are in the area.

My fiancé and I ate there yesterday. Our apps were cold when we got them, but we ate anyways and didn’t complain. Then, we got our burgers. The plates were hot, fries were rubbery, and the burgers were cold while the lettuce on the burgers were warm. The plates were clearly microwaved. We were just going to pay the bill and go, but the manager came over anyways. He told us that they would never microwave food, however when we explained what the plates were like, which they were still hot to the touch, he backed off and comped our burgers. We have been sick to our stomachs since last night. Furthermore, the staff were talking about all the cleaning they had to do with the arrival of the health inspector. Wish I could rate zero stars.

The waitress/bartender/greeter was the best part of our experience. She did the best she could in her situation. The chicken was beyond dry on the sizzling chicken and cheese plate and the cheese was burnt on the cast iron. There were one and half people on the floor in the dining area. The kitchen messed up my salad and the fries they sent out instead were cold. The bathrooms were freezing and so was the restaurant.

I was regularly coming here, up until a month ago. I stopped because this place is terrible all around. The prices are too expensive, and the food quality sucks. We were regularly taken care of by Megan, who was ok at first and then began to slack off and had to be reminded constantly to bring salads out before the meal, and not with the meal. She had trouble understanding this concept, so that was strike 1. Then the rude hostesses who seemed like they hated their job and had the attitude of "I could be doing something better with my time right now" we complained on them to the manager who only just made excuses for their behavior and did not take the complaint too serious and had an all around lack of a sense of urgency. That was strike 2. And then our last time in, we stood at the host - hostess booth for 20 minutes, while no one manned the booth and the rest of the floor staff had acknowledged we were there, but refused to act like customer service representatives of the business, and get us seated. We walked out and that was the absolute last time we will ever be back to TGI Friday's! From the wait staff to hostesses to the wait times, the prices, the quality and the management, this place has failed us, and lost our business permanently! To anyone reading this, save your money and time and go elsewhere. Plenty of other and better restaurants out there to choose from, aside from this dump!
