Dunkin'

I'm so fed up with this dunkin, spend $20 on breakfast to get home and consistently get burnt or rock solid crossiants for their breakfast sandwiches, so bad to the point you can't even bite into the sandwich and the bagels are always burnt too. If you want food you can eat, do not go to this location. Go to the one connected to the Shell on willow st for food. Oh and last time I got a matcha latte the milk was sour and I had to throw it out.

I recently went to this DD and there were 2 people working I ordered an Americano (which is on their menu) and neither one of them knew what I was talking about. You would think since they work there they would know the menu and be able to make an order. Needless to say I had to go to another DD to get my order. Linda Pelosi

I have given them numerous chances and have never gotten the correct coffee or food through the drive-through . The last straw today was waiting 10 minutes for a coffee and getting the wrong donuts that I asked for inside at the counter while standing right there. once in a while I can handle it but every single order is a little ridiculous. The people are very nice but that doesn't get the job done.

This place is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts, I would rather drive all the way to Candia road to get my coffee. They just don’t make any drinks right. Ordered an iced caramel latte today, get home, take a sip.... it literally just tastes like milk. Every single time I go there I’m disappointed. One time I ordered a lg iced coffee with a turbo shot and they gave me the shot in a separate cup... like, whyyyy how does that even make sense?! I wouldn’t waste my time or money there again. Enough is enough

zero stars if possible. i have been there countless times as i work almost next door. ill just start with todays issue. ordered a small strawberry banana smoothie with whip cream and a choc glazed donut. smoothie came out terrible, huge chunks of ice and chunks of whatever they use for the flavoring, and the guy at the front desk who clearly hates his job, gave me the wrong donut, so when i said oh no, chocolate glazed man, he said ugh just take them both...this is 1 of countless times the order has been made terribly or simply wrong. how can you mess up certain things that a machine makes...it seems to depend on the people working that day but management is clearly in need of replacement.
