Krystal

Overall very good. The drive thru staff did let me know when I ordered the country fried steak, that they are made to order and would be about 3 minutes. I appreciated both that it would be fresh, and that he warned me. He was very polite and professional, and got my confusing order correct. His appearance was clean and he was fast and efficient, yet polite at the window. I asked for ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, & napkins and he acknowledged. The host name on the receipt said Shaquilla. After the three minute wait, a female I hadn’t seen yet handed me two bags. When I checked, there were no condiments. I got her attention and asked again. She put things in the bag and we went home. There was still no mayo, which is a pet peeve of mine, but all the rest was correct, hot, fresh, average for appearance, and excellent on taste. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

They are always nice and pleasant. Even though they are short staff, the wait is a little longer then normal, food is still good and hot. I waited 30 minutes today but it's always worth it, i know people would just oh its just Krystals but I live 30 minutes away but i come too this location because of the employees are always nice. I Manage Hotels so it good too see the great customer service.

This is the only Krystal I know of in a three country area. Lots of them have closed including the one by mine and my husband's first apartment where we used to stop for late night munchies on the way home from rock concerts. Everything was fresh and hot. My only criticism is that there were a few onion slivers hanging onto the Krystal's that I ordered onion free, but that's pretty much always the case and I've learned to look closely before biting in to one. All in all we enjoyed our food. Please don't close this Krystal!!!!

Tried to order food tonight with no one ahead of me in drive thru and no one inside, they were dead. The girl tells me it will be 30 min wait! Really? Just be honest and say you want a paycheck but don't want to work. Work Krystal ever... Hope the owner or corporate sees this and realizes they got LAZY workers losing them a fortune.....

So I have to update my review from 5 to 1 it has been going down for a while however today kind of topped it off first I go through order then they have no change for a hundred my order was 38 so had to go to the store came back waited in line to get my food and then ordered some boss totts which is advertised everywhere told to wait so I waited 30 minutes in the meantime I put out the food I had already ordered and did not have my junkyard fries then moved on to the chili cheese pups and the styrofoam container was melted so I continue to wait and then about 20 minutes later someone came out to tell me they were not expecting anyone to order the boss tots that they are doing away with them so they did not have barbecue sauce it would take 30 minutes more to make so I told her it's fine just give me the refund for the tater tot it still took 20 minutes to get the refund I could not do anything but to live because it's not worth really getting angry over there were several people waiting on food also you would figure if they have at least four people that I seen in there working and the front Lobby is closed that is more people to focus on drive-thru and should not take that long or be messing up orders
