We have been going to this particular KFC for many years, and have always been extremely satisfied with both the food and the service -- until today. The service was very good, and the order was correct, but the chicken was not fit to eat! It tasted as if it had been sitting out all day long and neither my husband nor I could eat it. We boxed everything back up to take back to the store, it was so bad. KFC offered to replace our meals, and we will definitely taste the chicken before we even leave the store this time!

Workers are not professional, they don't take the orders correctly. Forgot my receipt, my 3 drinks, and made them all original instead of my order of 5 crispy and 1 original. Not worth the money, go to another KFC where the service is better. It's my last time coming here and it surely was not a great experience.

I will never be eating at this KFC or any KFC ever again. How can someone take our order and completely leave out half of our food which we paid for. Nothing pisses me off more than wasting my money!

order for 12 pc which comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits ...Did not get any biscuits and the chicken pieces had no legs only chicken breast and thighs and 2 wings. Total was 30.48 Was for my 5 grands, they only had few pieces they would eat. NO biscuits.

They claimed they didn't have no bowels, coleslaw or nothing because they close at 11 but I was there at 845PM. Go figure!
I can't believe they treat their customers with such disrespect. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC!!!!!

If you're indulging on fast food, try the grilled chicken. The KFC nearest my house offers buffet for about $8.00 with drink. Special price for seniors too.

The service is fine, the food is OK, but the store is in desperate need of renovation and a bucket of hot soapy water. The men's restroom is destroyed, and the rest of the store is a blink away from suffering the same fate.

This store is filthy, the drive through seems broken every time I've visited. I'm currently typing this having sat for the past 10 minutes waiting to order after a long day. Not coming back again if I can help it
