Arby's

Every time I come to this Arby’s, they are never open when they say they are. Went by one time at 10PM on a Saturday, and they weren’t open. Just went by at 9:20PM (one website says they’re open until 10 and the other says midnight). I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with nothing said to me. We even said “hello, is anyone there?” a few times, and no one responded. Called the restaurant and no one answered. Finally drove off, and of course, people were there in the kitchen chatting. EDIT: Hi Arby's owner, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. However, I do want to point out that I did call the restaurant, and no one answered as I earlier stated in the review.

Consistently terrible - doesn’t matter if I do DoorDash, go through the drive thru or go inside, their food is terrible. Curly fries are weirdly uncooked yet you could tell they were cooked. It’s like they microwaved them. Sandwiches regardless of what you get are awful and nearly cold. Sodas taste flat and get tossed. How they stay open I don’t know. I’ve actually avoided the limited time/special items at this location because they’ll screw it up. They’ll screw up regular items too. If you’re thinking Arby’s, think of a different location.

I have Arby's for many years, always count on Arby's for a great sandwich on the run. However, this location needs to be closed down. Ordered Turkey Ranch with bacon sandwich, worst ever tasted. The bread was soggy, not toasted, lettuce was old and some mold, NO bacon and only a piece of Turkey that should have been thrown away. I was very hungry from a busy day, and all wanted was a DECENT sandwich to get me through an dinner time . I would have been better off going to vending machine and get a sandwich. No way I could have put that in my mouth. All Arby's locations are not the same, some are better than most eventhough still edible. This location needs to be shut down or the very least inspected by the Health Dept. It's in a very desirable location and can be a money maker for the Owner. But the way they are running this location, it will eventually closed. This location is definitely hurting the Arby's brand.

First time at Arby’s and my last ever, the employees girl there was nasty rude taking my order, gave me the wrong order when I got to the window, paid 10$ for my meal only to get the wrong fries no sauce NOT EVEN A STRAW FOR MY DRINK, I have limited time to spare and she didn’t have the decency the rush the order I had to go inside from the drive thru to get my correct order of fries. Make people feel unwelcome with terrible service, will never go back to Arby’s again. Especially not this location.

I will continue to give these ghetto , unmanaged fast food places in my area. This is ridiculous. People don’t want to work but yet want a job. I don’t understand why these restaurants are even in business because it’s definitely making the whole entire brand look bad. They say they close at 12 am but if you pop up at the drive thru at 9pm they’re closed lol. That’s so pathetic. It’s not even a holiday yet. The holiday is tomorrow. People need to start getting fired. Never again! Not even during the day. Would give it 0 stars tbh.
