We were seated immediately which was great. Our server was ok, not as attentive as we had to always track her down for drink refills. We placed our order but it took 1 hour to get our food. They said a chef quit. But we had to keep asking for updates as the waitress didn't really jeep us informed. There were some guest that did come in after us but we're served their food before us. We don't expect fine dining service at these type of places but at least some type of communication and assurance when things go wrong would have been nice. We get it, things happen and we totally understand (we're pretty patient ppl). We did discuss with the manager and they gave us a discount on the food for the inconvenience. Food was good though when it finally did come out.

I am incredibly disappointed in the experience I had with this location today. Placed an order for curbside pickup at around 10:50 and was told it would be ready by 11:09. I got there around 11:12 and had to call around 11:30 because it still hadn't been brought out. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes at that time. Mind you, this was an order of an omelet, some bacon, and a French toast combo- nothing extraordinarily complicated. Another 15 minutes go by and I called again because I still hadn't gotten my food. I was told "just a few minutes" again. I ended up actually walking in to get my food only to find out that it was waiting to be taken out. It wasn't hot, so I know it had to have been sitting there for a few minutes. I am so disappointed. It should not have taken an hour to pick up a small to go order when the place wasn't even busy.

We had a fairly large party and we’re seated immediately. The waitress was great and everyone’s order was correct. Now the weird part - my Belgian waffle had several bread bag ties cooked into the waffle… The waitress was as shocked as I was and replaced my waffle immediately. How does that happen?? I was surprised that I was still charged for the waffle, especially considering they charge $10 for 1 waffle. Won’t be ordering waffles from here again.

We just wanted a bacon temptation omelette. It comes with cheese sauce, but when we received our food, it did not have any. The server argued with us saying it did not come with any then said if it did, it was already put on it. I am staring at the omelette without any cheese sauce as she tells me this. She then says she will be charging us extra for the cheese sauce.... That comes with the omelette. They are basically running a scam. Don't bother.
