Subway

This is one of the worst Subway stores I have come in contact with. The store was a mess, extremely cluttered. There was no tea made. The drink dispenser had not been refilled. The staff was slow and inept, which I feel is not there fault, they were obviously not trained. The cookies were burnt and the bread was old and dry. The vegetables are was not clean and some things were Brown. The bathroom was not even close to clean. If you manage ot own this store, please make some changes.

This store must have had 2 trainees. I know one was on cash. The one that made my sandwich didn't know what he was doing. Sloppy job. I asked for bread that had lots of oaks, he gave one with less. Too much salt. Then cashier tries to cheat me out of money. The one guy made that correct. Must have been the managers. This store has given great service in past but not today.

First time ever experiencing poor service. Always greeted with friendly "welcome" but not this time. They were too busy talking about paycheck deductions. Had to wait for them to finish there conversation before even asking what I wanted. Then I was told no bread selection. Only honey oat and they were hard (it's no wonder with the door standing open). I asked nothing fresh? Replied "I dunno I just got here" as he blankly continued to stare. I walked out and went to firehouse. 10-13-26 5:30 pm

The employee behind the counter was very friendly and professional, but the cucumber looked real old and they were out of onion. SOMEONE forgot to order the onion? R U SERIOUS? Order the basic stuff please. I don't think ANYONE should lose their job over this but the employees definitely need more TRAINING. The place looks kinda dirty. I will DEFINITIVELY BE BACK, but please train more closely and maybe you should pay more per hour.

I was there yesterday and during my visit the owner was there. The workers were very pleasant but while I was ordering I found the owner a bit disturbing and my attention started to go towards her instead of ordering my food. From a customer's standpoint I feel that she should've waited until the place was empty or lowered her voice and made less of a scene. Even the two gentlemen eating by the door were watching her. It felt very awkward!

My Experience was great years ago with subway. But do to the Owners micro managing of there employees is Shity. We are all human we do make mistakes. You learn from it and move on. Can't place an order over the phone, not even place order on the website, you can do everything you need to on the website just can't pay for anything. Need to fix a few things then I will and some stars Until then You are a negative 6 stars. Just because I have to put one star

The people who gave five stars obviously work there. This has to be the worst subway there is. Only have an hour for lunch so after 35 minutes of waiting and 5 more people ahead of me I had to leave. Free people working well I mean behind the counter. Was like I was in the Twilight Zone everything was in super slow motion. They cannot make money there. Will not be back at this Subway again. Where in the world is the manager. 11/3/16
