The fast food industry would be so much better if workers would make customer’s food how they would want their food made. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that wasn’t cooked to order and there was one little pickle and very very little sauce! Unacceptable! The picture speaks for itself. Gots to do better.

My experience here at this store was probably the worst I've ever endured from any fast food chain. I didn't get a receipt for my drive-thru order I paid with cash and after driving home and taking one bite from my burger I found the burger to be raw and uncooked. So after driving back, management refused to give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I explained I didn't get a receipt and the cashier denied remembering me. I didn't want them to remake my order, I just wanted my refund and they refused several times after pleading and begging for them to just give me a refund so I can go and take my business elsewhere. No both managers had to be very rude and inconsiderate. I nicely explained that my food was raw or else I wouldn't be back up here asking for a refund and I explained that I wasn't given a receipt and just wanted a refund to make me happy. No both the managers refused several times. Not a very happy customer because of it. I will be complaining to corporate and will be seeking a full refund. The worst thing about it is all this could of been avoided if the establishment didn't have dishonest employees.

The worst McD staff, I have ever seen. I did curbside pickup and waited outside for more than 15 min for someone to bring the order. But no one came and eventually I went inside the store and asked the person for a curbside order but he refused to have any order. I tried to show him in app but he didn't look. Then I saw my order lying on the table and when I asked for a store manager and he didn't come for next 5 min. When he came and I asked why didn't you bring it outside, even after looking at the order, he said he don't know about order, all are busy so they didn't bring it outside. I asked them why don't you turn of curbside pickup he said talk to corporate office. He was so rude that I can't explain. Looked like he was ready to take a fight.

I travel the I 75 corridor from the metro area north 100 (ish) miles to Ellijay via 575 to 515 regularly for work, and this is one of (if not the only) 24 hour location on my route when I am working (DoorDash, Instacart, Shipt). Every time I have tried to buy a caffeinated beverage (coffee or espresso) after dark within recent memory, even though the rewards app allows me to purchase it (The app is supposed to notate menu items that are unavailable for each location that participates in the mobile app rewards, but this requires personnel from said location to use the needed software to keep in real time with the menu items on the app or to manually push through the information to update the app for customers in real time which this location apparently doesn’t do well or at all). Perhaps because this location is the only 24 hour location anywhere near this area, maybe the employees are staging a silent protest when their conveniently happens to be no manager on duty to speak to about these matters, but there is otherwise no reasonable explanation for why every single time I order any type of coffee or espresso drink between 6PM and 5AM, they say “Their machine is down”. The mobile rewards app only allows a customer to use one reward every 15-45 minutes so when an order successfully goes through using a perk or reward, it is a major bummer to find out at the order window there is no reasonable replacement menu item that can be made in house to use and yet, they still took my hard earned money and took access to my regards away for a period of time. This means the customer has to wait until the time clock cycles down and allows me to use a different reward AND you leave without any caffeine to soften the blow of turning a fast food drive thru experience into a waiting game that is so absurd at this point, I am wondering if I can blame my high speed interstate car crash due to exhaustion and no access to a McCafe beverage on McDonalds for using marketing schemes to promote their coffee brand and fancy coffee menu when they in fact are lying to my face because they don’t want to make McCafe beverages? Since the launching of the rewards app, McDonalds has been a major disappointment. This part of my review doesn’t relate to this location alone, but I have tried to contact corporate twice and because McDonalds is so wealthy they can afford not to care, I guess my complaints are just going to live and die in the Google Review abyss. Their rewards app is one of the worst of any company I have used in my entire life since the launching of smart phone app rewards. They relaunched the app with changes because I wasn’t the only one to feel this way, but the situation is no better. McDonalds is clearly using our addiction to their delicious and high calorie treats to keep us filling their registers and their drive thru lines, but when I sit back and think for a moment, I realize the reasons I stopped boycotting McDonalds after a 15 year hiatus due to their unconscionable policies are still in fact the same, just branded with trickier and better marketing to keep me distracted and listing after their breakfast blend blonde roast. I have two other huge complaints to add, but I have to find some coffee right now, so I will be back later to update with the other two appalling things I feel need mentioning.

Woman working the drive thru orders was polite, quick, and efficient. The man at the payment window was incredibly nice and had a cool hoodie on. The lady at the pickup window was super polite, had cool hair and was in a great mood. And the food was HOT! I mean my girlfriend burnt her tongue on the fries. Utter deliciousness. Don’t usually pass through here but won’t go to any other McDonald’s but this one in the area. Love love love
