Mcdonald's

Normally this location is good. Usually a little slow but good. Today was informed they only had 1 person in the kitchen and they couldn’t take any orders…but the car in front of me ordered not problem. It is obvious that this location is having some management issues. If you visit this location, you may or may not leave hungry.

My daughter and I just tried to eat here. We pulled in around 2 and used the bathrooms which were filthy and out of toilet paper and paper towels. (They had a pack of napkins on the counter). We got in line around 2:10 I guess(?) and the manager was at the register. I assumed to take out orders, she never said a word to us. We took a few minutes to decide what we wanted. We walked up to the register and waited for her to acknowledge us and she ignored us both...and then walked away. I stood there trying to figure out why someone in a manager position wouldn't at least greet us, even if she was busy? Another person then yelled that the dining room closed at 2. We stood there confused as we honestly didn't know what time it was until that moment. There are NO signs on the door or anywhere that indicate that they close the dining room at 2. So very unprofessional. We went to Burger King instead. Their dining room was closed also, but their door was locked and they have their hours posted clearly for everyone to see. I don't care that they closed the dining room early. It's the lack of signage and the rudeness of the manager that led me to post this review.

Twin drive thru.....4th car back on either side...been sitting for 6 minutes....so i pull around to go inside....i waited at the counter for a minute b4 superv says we're close inside sir....as i waited inside i noticed about 9 cups of ice stacked on soda machine, no fries in the bin, beepers galore going off and employees standing round on their phone...i took a pic...unreal...

Hey, it is McDonald's, what is there really to say. This location, as most fast food restaurants in our area, is only offering drive-thru service at this time. I ordered the 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal with a double order of fries. Come on, this is McDonald's, do they really expect me or a child, to want apples at an iconic fast food restaurant? Really?! I am a fully grown adult, but was deeply scarred by my mother who in the cruelest of punishments denied my younger brother and I Happy Meals when we were growing up in the 80s. I know it is a little shocking to hear of such abuse, but some of us just are dealt a bad hand. This McDonald's was like all the others, though I will admit that my double order of fries was rather cold. I have to also communicate that I was rather surprised by the first clerk that we spoke to wished us a "blessed day." Is this Bojangles... Chick-fil-A now? I am a good Christian girl, but I don't believe in mixing my fast food with religion. My only real complaint is how unkempt the outside of said restaurant is. Well, I guess there was a lot to say in this review.

I’ve lived by this McDonald’s over a year now and nothing is consistent other than unreliability. That’s from when it’s open or closed to how bad the food is. You may wait almost 20 minutes in the drive through. It’s a better option to go to a different McDonald’s near by if you must have it. Burger King is even better which is sad. Every morning I stop their reason for not being open at 610am is system down… you can specify what you want on a burger and you’ll be lucky to even get the right burger let alone with no pickles.
