The Galley

Excellent place and meal! I can’t say enough about this place. We had a wonderful time. Our server was top notch. We were early for our reservation on a Saturday night and the restaurant quickly accommodated us it was crowded and busy). The food was spectacular! I had the chili and the Brussels sprouts. One daughter had the seafood pasta. The wife had a delish salad. My only complaint of the night is NONE. The server didn’t miss a beat. One thing to note if you dining with a bread lover like my child is, they warm it up before they serve it. It kept the server running for more for a while. My kid eats a basket of bread on her own sometimes. Don’t pass this place up.

Incredible! My husband & I were in a layover and this place was recommended by our front desk personnel. We didn't quite know what to expect, not being from the area... from the service, the overall atmosphere, reasonable pricing, to impeccable cuisine... this place exceeded anything we could have expected! What's so great about The Galley is that it can be a great, romantic little date night spot or a laid back spot for a great meal, or a nice place to just come to the bar for some drinks. A little something for everyone! We can't wait to come back!! Shot out to Brett for such awesome service & taking excellent care of us!

This place could be amazing. The bar is sweet! The look of this place is really amazing as well. The food is so average. Burgers and fries are the big deal but they aren't magnificent. I also had the most expensive and worst fish tacos I've ever had in my life. I am not a fancy man. I have eaten tacos at places that would make you question my decisions. The tacos I had here were God awful. Stop in for a drink but keep on moving in my humble opinion.

It was good food, a little limited on the menu side but it's lunch on a weekday. However the bill was over $50 for a 2 person lunch. Food is just as good not far from here and much less expensive. I enjoyed the dining experience and will go back from time to time just to shake things up but it will not be a regular thing.

Found this gem while working here in Marietta. It was a cold night and soup sounded good. Dylan was my server. I like it when you ask a server and they answer immediately on how something taste. I had the French onion soup on his recommendation. I was not disappointed. His burger recommendation the Diablo also was delicious! Great restaurant and I will be back. Thanks Dylan! I hope you’re working when I do come back!
