This place is awful!! The burgers had no tast to them at all. They were not even that warm. The dinning area floor was all sticky. I have had a lot better food from a gas station. . .

BEWARE DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! The manager there is BEYOND rude. French fries were cold cheese burger barely warm cheese was not and could not melt because burger was barely warm. I visited during lunch hours NO line in drive thru yet was rushed by manager as though they had 20 cars in line. Now the crazy hours doesn’t even make it worth visiting anymore. Wasted $16 on a meal that was the WORST!!! BEWARE DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

We were asked to yell into the speaker. Not pull to the window and order. YELL, to place the order. We were told we could only get milk or apple juice with kids meals. No lemonade or soda.
It was horrible trying to communicate like that. We ended up just leaving. That location need a overhaul.

Food was okay, and drive-thru was relatively quick. In this day and age though, the indoor dining should have been open. Sometimes when I go here, they are out of various things. In general I like the food, but it doesn't always like me.

Most the time very rude! orders are always incorrect always seem to be out of chicken now I know that’s not just their fault it’s the company which allowed you to make online orders when they have no chicken Then tell you you have to email to get a refund and then wait 42 to 72 hours to get it so be careful if you’re doing it online order out of all the fast food restaurant in Middletown By far the worst in my opinion

This is the only Fast Food Restaurant I have being to, to be told that they do not serve Breakfast even on Mother's Day. The Staff Member stated they do not serve Customers until Eleven A M (11.00) AM. Very Strange period.

Worst experience in my life, my order was redone 3 times until they got it write. Was late coming back from my lunch break.

I went through the drive thru to order a kiss meal for my son and I was told he could not get a fountain drink with his meal. I was only allowed to choose between milk or juice. That has never been the case and I find that to be odd. I ended up not ordering from this location as a result.
