Taco Bell

Don't know if I'll come back to this one but I Ordered the new "Steak White Hot Ranch Fries Burrito" and received what you see here. It's nothing but fries, rice, and fritos chips all wrapped up into a burrito, No steak on this whatsoever! Got a few bites in thinking that I'd eventually get to the steak... I was wrong.

Tried to go to this Taco Bell a couple days ago at 9pm. They are supposed to close at 1am but came out to tell everyone in the drive thru they were closing early. Not a huge deal. I tried again today, this time at 6:55 pm. I was told they are only accepting mobile orders and that it takes about 10 minutes for a mobile order to be processed. I have yet to be able to actually try any food at this Taco Bell as they refuse to serve any.

So bad I had to call corporate office with pictures of what was going on, 45 minutes for 3 tacos and a taco pizza ,small rootbeer, and the seating area was dirty . So we left with no food because we had appointments to be somewhere else. Other customers also getting a little upset, they are more interested in uber eats

I'm a door dash and uber eats driver.. iv had so many issues with these people either closing early or not being able to make something! When I go there they had a few times where they gave my order to someone else!! Of course they hooked me up. I hate coming here.. only reason why I do is because the store manager is awesome!!

This location never has enough people working. I have been here on 3 separate times only to find out that someone didn’t show up work which equals they can’t service anyone. And instead of telling people they have no one to take you order they make people wait in line until someone calls and ask if they are open anymore.

Worse place to go on u break a wasted over 30 minuto have one guy working drive throu n lobby went u have other lady’s walk around like there no customer waiting it’s ridiculous n worse experience ever the manager seat in her phone went u have full lonby full people waiting and ignored there lunch time always urs busy time get off phone do your job corporates need to adress this issue asap never w go back this location and hire people the does there job there no such thing u only hire to be a cashier no u jump n help in anyways u can I’m a sale manger and Ik how you need work

I would never expect much from a Taco Bell but this is consistently the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. Being a doordash driver, I avoid Taco Bell orders at all costs, as they usually stop taking DD orders after a random time of the night without any notice, which then wastes me time and money. Orders are almost always wrong. Employees are consistently high, my partner literally found weed in the bathroom once. I never wish anything bad for a fast food employee because I know it’s a hard job, but management needs to get their act together, it’s crazy.

I enjoy coming to this taco bell because for the most part, the staff is very friendly. The only issues I seem to always have is small or inconsistent food portioning and sometimes I have waited 15+ mins in the drive-thru for my order. That is absolutely insane. It's also very dark around here at night and creepy. Update. Dine in today. The place is clean & the cashier is super friendly and great at multitasking. However, the kitchen is very slow despite being moderately busy.
