Pizza Hollywood

I’ve been super happy with this place since I started ordering from them. Every time I’ve left a simple instruction to call when delivering. This time I left that same instruction with the addition of leaving on the chair outside but apparently they just don’t have the time on Fridays according to the manager and the owner. Because I wasn’t notified, the grease ran from the pizza through the boxes and onto the chair cushion. The only solution I was offered was they aren’t liable for the furniture. Do yourselves a favor and read through the other reviews before giving this business your money. There wouldn’t have been any issue if they just called. Edit to respond to their reply: Again, only part of the instruction was followed. I wasn’t notified that my food had been delivered. I didn’t specifically ask for “professional cleaning,” Dry cleaning was a suggestion I made after you refused to offer a solution.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The nicest people I've ever met and the best pizza at an incredible price. You just can't beat it. I can't think of any other Pizzeria with better trained drivers and world class chefs, they're absolutely amazing! They make pizza time the highlight of your week.

Pizza Hollywood is fantastic. What a great little gem. The pizza is top tier, always quick. Everyone who works there is amazing and always friendly. Pizza Hollywood has some of the best management I've seen hands down. Maria has completely turned this place around and has made it one of the coziest little pizza shops on the island.

Had to come and say they’re amazing, i had a little disagreement over the phone with a worker or owner not sure, over a pizza that was already thrown into the oven. I was told over the phone there wasn’t anything they could do, so after hanging up pretty annoyed.. the pizza arrived. They sent me the pizza I accidentally ordered, and the pizza i actually wanted. I apologize fully for the attitude, and can’t thank you guys enough for exceeding my standards!

If i can give less than a star i will. I ordered wings and pizza and on their website it clearly states 10 wings . I call and tell the guy i did not get 10 wings , To be honest i wanted to see what his response was. and this is what i got, “due to the inflation we raised our prices” i said ok fine i get it but update your website . he then says “we have no control of the website” i said that makes no sense he then continues to argue with me about it. He then says “okay i will update website now” so it makes no sense do they have control or no. I will make sure not to order from them again. Its false advertising! & i wouldve been ok wkth him just brushing me off and saying he was fixing the website soon but to lie .
