Starbucks

JUST GO TO THE STARBUCKS IN TARGET 1 BLOCK AWAY! I got to the store about 0750. I wanted to go in to buy a mug and coffee. The door sign said (in large bold font) “our drive through is open” there was another sign that said (also in large bold font) “our store hours are 0800-1800.” This led me to believe that the actual storefront would open at 8 AM but the drive-through was currently open. I got in the drive-through lane and waited for 10 minutes and nobody moved. At 8 AM I pulled out of the drive-through lane and parked to just go into the store since it seemed that it was supposed to open at that time. The door remained locked. I waited until 8:05 to call and asked to see when they were opening. The person who answered the phone informed me they no longer have an open store. They only do drive-through. And they only do drive-through during the hours stated on the second sign. Apparently in very fine print on one of the signs it explains that they will only be drive-through and will not open the store. Why have two signs with large bold print they give two different messages and then have super fine print change the messaging!? With all of this, at almost 830 there’s still no coffee and still a large line. It’s absolutely NOT WORTH coming to this Starbucks when there is a Starbucks in the target one block away that is open and it does serve customers.

So food and drinks were okay but they would not give me a receipt even though I paid with my work card and have to have one... now I'm going to have to fill out paper work because of a missing receipt. They didn't tell me before I paid that they were out of receipt paper which is extremely frustrating. I would have just paid for it with cash if I'd known.

Ordered a caramel frappuccino & it was soo bland! I went in to ask for a remake with no whip & extra caramel. The young lady remaking it kept asking “anything else special?!) with an attitude, & STILL added the whip cream…Drive somewhere else & get your coffee sweetie, they have no manners. {06.14.21}

Inhumane… Sign on the locked door (employees inside purposefully ignoring customers) says OUR DRIVE THRU IS OPEN. We sat in the drive through 10 minutes in front of speaker (w/others in line as well) waiting for service. NO correct sign or communication for hours of operation. In fact, the posted sign stated the store was OPEN!! We sat at the pay window as one employee after another walked back and forth IGNORING us!!!!! All you need do is post correctly or tell a customer when you will be open. Were I the owner of this franchise and learned employees were treating customers with this much intense disdain, the store would close until a respectful staff could be hired.
