This location is generally a coin flip. Sometimes my order is great and sometimes it disappoints. My last order was correct and everything was good. I have noticed often if you ask for no onions the buns are not steamed and therefore they are dry and almost stale. Lights were off inside when I went so I guess lobby is still closed.

Disgusting quality of service! The girl at drive thru was very rude and unfriendly. At my remarks, she simply slammed the window. I think that such behavior is unacceptable for the company's employees. This throws a dirty spot on the whole company due to improper training of employees. Do not visit this service point in the future. This looks very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Fast food it was and we appreciated that! We did not appreciate the 2 tablespoons of onions on each sandwich. I had a family of 5 and we had to remove tons of onions in order to find the little burger.

Only thing open at the time in that area. Menu board was not on so looking for a choice was null. Cust service was very friendly and attentive. Food made to order. The wait was lengthy but there appeared to only be two employees.

We had awful Customer Service today at Chantilly location store in Deive through. We tried to order 40 original Crystal sandwiches only. I tried to explain her what we want several time and my wife then also tried to help she said she did not understand us, we deove to the window then and tried to explain again that we just need plain 40 pieces sandwiches. She became being so rude to us sayd we have Accent and why I am talking at all if my husband drives, I told her he tried to explain you several time you did not understand and then I helped, she said if I am not driving I al all should be silent and if I want to order I need to drive. I was shocked. The. Some man appeared in the window again asked what we want, that girl handed us a packet and card back and slammed the window door, no receipt was given, no apology, no thank you or sorry. Just shut the window before our faces. We opened the packet it was 4. We had to stop on the lot and came in. I told them why we were given 4 if we both explained many times 40. No receipt was given even to us. She never apologized. We tried to get her name but the Man (cook) did not give it to us either. This was worst customer service experience We ever has in any food restaurants even MacDonald tean in the same location never ever told us any of those things or being so rude and unprofessional. I think such bad customer oriented people should not be hired in any food service places at all. You have attitude to guests no matter their raxe, religion or color - stay home! I will put worst reviews on all Social Media and will tell all our friends and relatives never use this location and shame Crystal store to hire so unprofessional rude employees who contracte customers and building the conflicts up continues assaulting and arguing with the guests! We never shout back or curse back even having such service and being upset! Any corporate playback in Any business will tell How Customer Service is important and how to settle any conflicts and resolve the situation with best way to appreciate ans value the customer in any situations.

This Location is a true coin toss.With the odds not good in your favor! After waiting10 plus minutes at the drive-
through speaker/menu just to order I was told rudely to hold to order. Another 8 mins goes by without returning to take my order so I drove around to window to try and order and was told that they were doing a shift change and when I tried to place my order I WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT TAKE MY ORDER AT WINDOW AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET BACK INLINE (BY THIS TIME THRRE WAS 4 CARS WAITING) and I had already been there over 20 mins! I asked for manager and the woman that told me I had to go back in the line was the manager!Very rude and unapologetic very disappointing I will never go back to this location again as long as that managers working
