Bojangles

Food was absolutely disgusting. Paid about 8 dollars for a 4pc.Chicken tender with fries. Food seemed very old,but the cashier was very nice. Chicken Tenders and biscuit were hard to bite into and fries were very old and were hard to bite into. I personally don't suggest anyone to eat from here. Not to mention I waited 20min for food and they also received my money.

The reason I'm giving one star is because they forgot our gravy and the manager was not empathetic or even friendly. We drove 14 miles to Bojangles from Deatsville and 14 miles home only to realize once we arrived home that they forgot the friggin gravy. I called, the manager acted like she could care less and vaguely offered to replace it and maybe the other sides that were certainly going to be cold by the time we got back again. She gave me a fake halfhearted monotone "apology" which sounded more like who cares instead of sorry we screwed up. We ordered the 20 piece tailgate meal. It wasn't cheap. We wanted to eat our CHICKEN AND SIDES FRESH, so we drove to a local KFC and bought gravy there instead of dealing with driving all the way back. Next time we'll be sure to check to see if someone actually did their job correctly and put all contents in the bag that we paid for, as well as visiting KFC or Church's or Popeyes or any of the hundreds of other fried chicken places the south seems to have an abundance of anytime we crave fried chicken. To heck with Bojangles!
