The Station House

Terrible Bart stop. If you can avoid using this station, I highly recommend it. Escalators have been broken for a few days with no sign of progress. Especially on high volume times when a lot of workers commute to and from work, it adds a huge delay. Only 1 escalator going up, and people have to queue to go down the stairs to the platform. Bart is not a good transportation system, and can definitely benefit from learning from other transportation systems in the world. Unfortunately, commuters are forced to take it and just accept the fact that it’s terrible - constantly increasing prices but reflect very little improvements and very little concern for the passengers.
