Besides the Sprite tasting like IV fluid and them never having two drive thru lanes also never filling the fries all the way to the top and the chicken nuggets looking like display nuggets at an Open House that you aren't supposed to eat...well that's the end of it. I know I said besides as if something positive would come after this but...I can't think of anything. They don't seem to close early and randomly like the other restaurants in the area.

The staff is terrible at this location. I literally stood there waiting for 15 minutes for someone to finally answer my question about what I'm supposed to put down for the tent table number bc they have none when I was trying to place my order on that screen bc no one would come take our order at the counter!. Then I waited 33 minutes for two cheeseburgers and nuggets and fries. The fries were over salty and the burger was old chicken nuggets weren't fresh either which they should have been after waiting that long. My daughter waited for 5 minutes at the counter to ask for ketchup and no one ever came so I told her just to forget it. The whole time I was in there all I heard was laughing, cutting up, talking,and cursing in the back. No wonder it took the food so long bc no work is going on. Also the lobby was not clean. Tables were dirty and sticky drink station was dirty as well. The place was just awful I really wanted to ask for my money back but I probably would have stood there an hour waiting for someone to come ask if I needed help at the counter. This place should be shut down or whole new staff.!! Will not be back!

I used to stop here every morning and get my breakfast and never had issues!! but this is NOW absolutely hands down the worst McDonalds i have ever been to!! Every time i go i have a bad experience! The whole entire crew working day and nights are extremely rude. When you order your food at the drive-through it’s almost as if no one hears you when you order, and then when they do respond, you do not get a total of your order you just get a “drive to the first window” and then when you get to the first window they again ask you what you had so you basically have to re-order! I’ve had the wrong order time and time again I also got home one day and had burgers with no meat on them! The girls at the Second window never even speak or acknowledge your presence or look at you, they just hang their hand out the window with your food, that may or may not be yours!! I have never left a review on any one good or bad but here i am a VERY dissatisfied customer! Its like they all truly do not care about anyones experience there at all!!! Also my girlfriend has written a review on this place as well and we were contacted by management and was Encouraged to come back that our experience would be better and I have yet to have that “good experience”

This McDonald’s Is TERRIBLE!! Food is beverrrr fresh EVEN WHEN ITS FRESHLY COOKED , meet here dried up and the buns be stale ! The drink machines stay giving out watered down drinks !!! Been terrible for yearssss I try my best not to go to this location. If you’re from outta town go to Atlanta highway, Zelda road or Fairview.

Not usually a google reviewer because I don't wanna look like a "waaaah the employees didn't treat me like a god" Karen but tonight broke it. Went by at 10:45 and despite still being open nobody answered the intercom. We went around to the first window to see if we could get anybody and an employee just stared at us and walked to another room. This isnt the first time this has happened at this location. Don't waste your time here after 9.
