don’t go to any subways in Montgomery, the costumer service is so awful they won’t even respond to you, and they never answer their phones no matter how many times i call. so unprofessional i can’t imagine how y’all handle the food for customers. need better management.

Sign on the door says it’s open till 10 PM. Online it says till 8 o’clock. I arrived at 7:50 PM door was locked and the person inside flipped me off.

The reseturant was clean. Abigail was super friendly and patient with our order.
Our sandwiches were nicely portioned and tasted great. Tks for the Cali fresh recommendation.

I don’t recommend curbside pickup…. I waited 20 minutes after the app told me they were “bringing it out” and I finally got upset and walked in and they hadn’t even made it yet. Not impressed. There was only two customers there. It doesn’t make any sense.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Just left there, a young, shorter black hair girl was taking the orders, I have never been treated so rudely in my life, she went as far as roller her eyes and snapping at me when I mis-named and ingredient, she was extremely irritated to even help me, will not be returning to this location until she is replaced, absolutely awful person to deal with.

Friendly, quick service. Their food is good and they were very prompt and helpful. I always love their sandwiches!

Did an online order and they wait until no one is coming in the door anymore to make it. So add several minutes to your order if you’re doing it online. I don’t see why they can’t put your online order into the queue when it is made. There should be no difference between an in person order and an online order. Defeats the purpose of doing it through the app. Other than that, everything else was fine.
