Coffee Fusion

I order a delicious vanilla chai boba tea with almond milk and it's gone before I leave the restaurant. The gooey tapioca pearls are addicting. The tea is like Christmas in summer. I can't wait to try other flavors. A hint: bring your own cup, mug, or thermos because it's summer and you want your drink to stay refreshingly cold instead of watery when the ice melts took quickly in the flimsy plastic drink cups the restaurant provides. Nice setting as well. Great place to meet a group, hang out, study, work or read.

I just called they close at 6 I called at 5:40 and was less than a mile away and apparently they stop taking orders and were closed already. She answered the phone and didn’t say hello or any greeting just answered with “we’re closed”. All I wanted was a strawberry boba drink for my daughter. I’ll be going to bubble tea on old fort for now on. That’s just rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic place! Wife and I went to eat here and had the Pad Kee Mao chicken, Kao Mun Gai, and Lad Nah chicken. It all tasted so amazing. The noodles have an amazing consistency. I went back again the following day and ordered the Pad Thai chicken and Pad Sa Ew chicken with some sides (Shown in these pictures), once again it did not disappoint. The Pad Thai chicken had a sweeter taste to it, which in my opinion complimented the other spices in the dish, so it was very delicious. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Not only were their food amazing, but the employees and owners were all exceptionally nice!

So when is a “coffee shop” much more than a coffee shop? When it’s called CoffeeFusion. This is a small store that offers the flavors of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and America. They serve breakfast, hot & cold expresso drinks, Bubble Tea (I tasted the Peach…was really good), several soups to include Pho, and a long list of Asian cuisine. My daughter tried the fried rice and chicken egg rolls. I went for the Combo Pho and an order of chicken on a stick. The fried rice and egg-rolls were excellent and the dipping sauce for the egg-rolls had just the right amount of sweetness along with a bit of a kick. The Combo Pho was really good with the meats all cooked well and the noodles still had a bit of a bite to them. Really didn’t need to add anything to the dish…I enjoyed it just as it came. The chicken on a stick was good, but I asked for a side of the sauce for the egg rolls and that made them really delicious. The folks serving, cooking, and managing the place were so welcoming and nice even spending time at our table talking. Of course it helps when you have a cute little granddaughter to entertain everyone! I need to get back here and try the Duck Soup, Banh Mi sandwiches, and their 3-Flavored fish. I might even have a cup of coffee too!
