Little Caesars

i go to this little caesers all the time since it’s the closest to my home, the service is always great & the workers always seem friendly even when it’s a super busy night. typically the pizzas are hot & ready, sometimes it’s a 10 to 15 minute wait but only when they’re packed ! even then my pizza is always fresh & delicious , especially for the price

Honestly, I love Little Caesar's pizza and really love their cheese bread, but this is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks I had to wait way too long, especially for a pizza that's suppose to be "Hot & Ready". One of those times was over 30 min, and there were 4 others who had been waiting awhile on their order as well. This was on a Tuesday night about 7:30pm so it can't be blamed on lunch or supper rush. And the staff seemed very nonchalant about it, as if doing their job wasn't what they were there for.

I don't usually leave reviews, but it's a cautionary tale for anyone wanting pizza... This review won't make a difference to the store; people have been leaving the same complaint for almost a year, I guarantee no one in the chain of command cares what you say. The kids running the place move like old people, apathetic and dead-eyed. Pizza sat on the counter for over 5 minutes, in the box, lid open until I walked up and asked about it. Then myself and three people got their pizzas in the next 5. It took 40+ minutes for two "fresh pizzas" - 30-35 to finish, and 5-10 minutes for them to be reminded to walk it out. I was waiting for someone to pull out a camera and tell us we were getting pranked. Go to literally any other business for your food. It's a miracle this location is still open after all this time. ... Really, just... Wow. Never thought I'd be the one leaving a review like this.

I came in on Saturday the 11th as soon as they opened to place an order for 5 pizza to be ready later in the day at 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 and was told they were making them and putting them in the oven right then. I paid and waited for my order. I waited until about 2:50 and got up and asked what the status on my order was. He asked what I ordered, went to the back and checked and then came to the front to tell me that they were making it fresh right then. I told them no I needed a refund. I was upset because the pizza was for my daughters birthday party and I had came in to the place in person to place the order. The manager gave me my refund and told me that they must have given my pizzas to someone else on accident. I won’t be coming back.

Waited in line for 25 min, got told they "werent doing crazy bread" but then in the next breathe he said "unless you place an online order"....last week they wouldnt do a pinnapple deep dish pizza and the only explanation was simply "we're not doing that" It was the same employee both times and he was vaping. Until recently this was my fav little Ceasars in the area, I have ordered those two things frequently before with no issues.
