Papa Murphy's

Went to order pizzas for dinner, called multiple times and the phone rang and rang, no answer. Walk in, no one greets you, three kids working that hardly acknowledge anyone is there. Can’t hear the cash register speak his tone of voice is so low, everyone moving around like a bunch of snails. ZERO sense of urgency or care.

I order from this location all the time. Yesterday I ordered and my experience was wonderful. I went in to pick up my pizza and I was frantically looking for my check card. After searching with no luck the guy at the register said here, go enjoy your pizza. You are already upset enough. I did find my check card and went back in to pay and they said you don't owe anything. That is how you do business.

I stopped tonight for the family size stuffed 5 meat. I got cheese bread sticks and s'mores. On the way out I noticed my pizza was nowhere near the size it usually is, I blew it off, went home and baked it. There was literally a few pieces of meat on the under side ( hinch, why the pizza seemed slot smaller than normal) I don't know if it's because today was $10.00 large, $13.00 family size or maker was new. I usually stop 3 times a month. Not any more. The pizza had the great tastes just no toppings in the underside.sorry guys but I'll be going elsewheres.

Do check your order before leaving this store. I ordered a pizza and 2sides online today. I picked up my order but did not check it at store. Both my sides (salad and 5cheese bread) were expired by 1 and 3 days. Plus they did not provide the marinara with 5cheese. After calling the store, store manager offered to replace the sides. I had to go back to store and pick up again (manager forgot to put side of marinara for the 2nd time). Really poor inventory management. After this incidence, I doubt if their pizza dough is made fresh. Not going back to this store ever.

We like baking it ourselves. We like being able to add ingredients if we want our to cook it when we want. We still do it the same day, but we can wait for the right time and don't have to run out or have it delivered at the last minute. It's good pizza at a great price with all the best convenience. We like the thin crust and bake it a little hot a little long so it's crisp. Definitely recommended.

This place use to be good but here lately, idk if it's the staff or what but their stuffed pizza is just very poor quality. I pretty much only get their stuffed pizza and I would say 7/8 times ive purchased from this location, the crust hardly rises and they hardly put any sauce in it. Ive bought from this location many time and in the past few months its been very mediocre and sometimes absolutely terrible. I feel I see new staff in there all the time so it could be that they just aren't properly trained? Idk. I hope it gets better or im going to have to forget about getting pizza. Please fix!!
