Sonic Drive-in

Currently 27mins waiting for 2 drinks during happy hour….I understand being busy and yes it’s happy hour but 30 mins for drinks smh I’ve worked at sonic before and this would be very unacceptable for sonic standards but I guess this sonic doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Update it’s now 40 mins and they lost my order on the app and tried to have me pay again at a stall.. what is this store doing….This be the same people that want 15$ and more an hour…never coming back to this one…And yet nothing will change…waste of review

I can't even remember how many second chances I've given on the Sonic Blasts at this point but every time I've been to a Sonic in Murfreesboro the last 7.5 months of my pregnancy it's been disappointing at best. Every single time I've ordered a bbn last it's been a few pieces of candy on top with a cup full of vanilla ice cream. I've included a photo of the most recent trip. 😕 I've emailed Sonic a few times and apparently because of covid have only gotten a response from my last trip. They offered a small classic shake. 🙄 So if you're looking for icecream with add ins go to Dairy Queen.... if you're looking to pay extra for a cup full of vanilla soft serve, go to Sonic.
