Decided to have brunch at degani I ordered avo on toast, and a roll. The roll wasn’t very good but I didn’t complain about it but the avo on toast was atrocious they were missing the tomatoes there was only one loaf of bread it was cold and very hard you couldn’t even cut it with the knife. We told the staff about it and they didn’t bother to help or even look at the plate. Worst place to eat. Wouldn’t go there ever again.

Ordered food at the store, took over 40min to come out. Eggs were under cooked, unseasoned and sour food. Staff felt very standoffish and willing to serve. No apologies for food taking time to come out. The shop was riddled with promotional signage for all new items that are available, feels very tacky with having multiple of these just alone on the counter.

Went for breakfast today with a good friend and we both ordered scrambled eggs and bacon on Sourdough toast. The scrambled eggs were $9.90 + $4.00 for adding bacon =$13.90 for each meal. We ordered 1 x coffee & 1 x tea. Our meal came, well part of it. Our scrambled eggs came - cold, with no bacon and the sourdough was hardly toasted. We had finished our drinks, no complaints about them, & still no bacon. I took the plates back, and asked for a refund for the food only. When asked why, I said the eggs were cold & we rec'd no bacon. The manager said that the bacon was ready, and when I still asked for a refund as the eggs were cold, he asked me to sit at the table and he'd do the refund. We waited at the table, as he continued to serve customers & after waiting longer, I went to the counter. Without saying a word, he pulled $20 out of the 'till & handed it to me & continued to serve. I checked the cost on the menu and when I informed him he was short on the refund, he pulled out $5 & no apology nothing. So for the sake of an apology & the correct refund, this customer will not be back & while it may mean nothing to anyone else, I will not recommend this Deganis outlet to anyone.
