Nene Chicken

Look, I’m not a person who usually complains about my food, but it took them nearly twenty minutes to make my order and the chicken was cold. Chips were inedible. The employees have no regard for food safety. Workers had their face masks below their chins, while preparing food. One employee was also on his phone, while eating over the prep bench, and then didn’t change his gloves let alone wash his hands before handling the food. I’m still deciding whether to contact the local health department about this food safety breech. Never coming here again.

Not a bad experience. Nene Chicken is a great addition to the food court. Located at the old McDonald’s store in the corner of the food court. We were the only ones there earlier today and they served up the chicken we ordered quickly. The only negative was that they had no chips.... a bit odd but otherwise a good experience

Very clean, staff friendly and willing to help with making choices. Love the different food choices and the ability to select the sauce you want. Ordered the wing & drumette pack with bulgogi sauce. Chicken was tender and juicy yet also crispy. Sauce was divine. Definitely plan to return and try more!

This was the bad experience at a NeNe outlet at Fountain Gate. We had ordered Jumbo Bulgogi chicken with Combo. Out of the 14 chicken pieces 7 were wings and Only one leg piece and rest all back bone pieces. We had ordered same order at Box Hill central outlet many times and the experience was much better with 2 pieces of Legs, wings and thighs and rest breast pieces. Basically a whole chicken. Never visiting this outlet again.
