Are you kidding me?🤯🤯💐. We thoroughly enjoyed both kinds of pizza. The thin one was so crusty and delicious, and the large one had a wonderful light crest with great toppings. I didn't get the name of the girl who gave me my pizzas, but she was so kind and had a great smile. Thank you Pizza Hut for a great experience. I'm stuffed.

The service was great however management and Pizza Hut should be ashamed of theirselves for making these employees work in this very hot building. It had to be 85 to 90 degrees inside. We just picked up pizza and immediately when we walked in the heat made you want to walk right back out. Had I not already paid for the pizza I would have. I can’t believe any company let alone a major chain restaurant puts their employees through this kind of torture. You definitely have dedicated employees to put up with it.

The pizza quality was much lower than our last order. This pizza was very dry and bland. The crust on the deep dish pizza was tough and the thin crust was hard. When it arrived it was barely warm and the cheese had already hardened. The crusts were not properly cut and we had to recut ourselves to avoid everything tearing and making a mess. We were very disappointed in this order.

Worst experience and customer service ever!!! They delivered and put the pizza on the porch without a knock, ring, email, or text. And then when I called the store, the rude manager said they have no record of my order so I asked for my money back which he said I needed to go to the website to get. We woke up the next day with cold pizza on our front porch!! This all could have been avoided by letting us know the pizza was delivered or they had a record of our order and it was put outside. Never ordering from here again!

Tried to place an order on the mobile app. Got to checkout, entered my card info and hit checkout.. after processing for a few seconds it said “could not process order, please try again.” So I checked my bank just to be safe, before trying again only to be met with the same error message. Something told me to check my bank again and I see that I was charged for the order twice. Went back to the app, where there was no information on my order. I called the store, which is really just a call center, who transferred me directly to the store. I had to call 6 times before someone actually answered the phone at the store, o it to tell me that they don’t see an order and that there is nothing they can do. Cost of two orders wasted and no sympathy or anything for their own faulty system. Very disappointed.

My pizza was not great. The pepperonis were dry. Pizza Hut told me years ago that they don't consider extra cheese a topping and if I want extra cheese I have to pay more because they feel that they already put more cheese than their competition. I have to disagree with the pizza from last night. There was barely any cheese at all on both my pizzas.

The one pizza and two side salads cost $55. Outrageous. The pizza was good, but not $55 good. This was a "nothing special" meal that cost me half a day's pay. No thanks.

I was expecting pizza hut restaurant, but it was like not like a pizza hut used to be. Actually it is a only-to-go bussiness, but if you prefer or need to ear there, some tables are available. No waiter/waitress table service.
