Pizza Hut

It's Saturday- 11am .. quiet- 1st ones here- Music is Poppin- we were greeted with smiles and warm hellos- server and maker of our pizza was Bree. She was absolutely a fantastic server and cook! As you see in the photos- she did an amazing job! The restaurant was super clean- and bathroom was very clean- we had a great time! I haven't been here in years- so glad we were on our way thru. I had Gluten Free! Simply amazing- she put some kind of garlic Parm sauce cus I'm allergic to tomato. Would give 10 stars if I could!

This was our first time at this Pizza Hut. It's by far the best we've had from a Pizza Hut in years! Our server was Destiney and she was awesome! The The Edge to edge pizza was delicious. The regular bread stix were the bomb and the cheese stix were yummy. Keep up the Fantastic work. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza was not cooked all they way was still doughy on bottom. This is the second time we have gotten one like this and both times either one of us or both have not felt good an hour after eating it. Wife felt sick all night after eating it. We figured we try it once more last night but now we will probably be never order again. The quality at this location has gone down bad. We use to order it all the time but not anymore.

I never recieved all the items ordered .. called the following day, to get a refund for food never recieved. Refund was refused, a "credit" was offered and claimed to be a "refund" which was rejected by me. A credit is not the same as a refund. Manager on the line offering stuttered with her words to justify how a credit was a refund, I however was not buying into it. Corporate was called an hour later after they opened. The only thing they did was put in a "request for refund". Im not asking for the entire order to be refunded just for the item(s) not recieved. This on top of all other bad experiences has brought me to the conclusion of last nights experience to be the final experience / time that I order anything from Pizza Hut as a whole. I just want my money back for food never recieved. Everybody I talk to will be informed about this transgression and be strongly advised to go elsewhere.
