Luna Wood Fire Tavern

A local bar with great customer service. Nicole the bartender is amazing. She was great multitasking and still she was always checking on us. We liked it so much we went a week after and Nicole remembered us and the food we liked. The portions are generous and the bake oven wings are juicy and tender.

This place is one of my all time favorites! Great food, ambiance, and service. There is a parking lot right behind it which makes things easier if you go at lunch or even dinner. They do offer outside dining too. Luna is a family run operation and they have photos of their babies and good times hung which gives it a very warm and family feeling. Nights tend to be more vibrant especially when a game is on.

OMG where to begin? I tried for a couple weeks to get a reservation during the end of the pandemic but couldn’t. Finally after the restrictions were lifted we got a spot. My wife and I ordered margaritas and WOW they were strong but very delicious. My wife ordered the chicken Milanese salad and she loved it. The chicken cutlet was huge with a balsamic glaze that was amazing. I ordered the skirt steak (medium) with mashed potatoes and veggies (I’m trying to quit veggies, I didn’t eat them) but the steak was amazing and the mashed potatoes were amazing as well! Service was great. This was our first experience at Luna’s and we will definitely be coming back for more!!!!

Yummmm! I've been meaning to explore my own neighborhood more. I always seem to just go into the city. Ventured into this wonderful spot! The pizza was absolutely perfect. Not the "NY/NJ" slice of that's what you're looking for, but true wood fire pizza. The service was superb. I particularly loved that this is clearly a neighborhood hang out. Everyone seemed to know and love each other. It was great!
