Mcdonald's

Do NOT order a black ice coffee at this place. They have no clue how to make one. First i got a ice latte. I told the lady that it is not what i ordered. She tried to tell me that it was just coffee and ice.. (it was white) Then i recieved hot coffee with a few ice cubes. (luke warm coffee now). I asked for a big cup of ice and the picture show the results... And they had the nerve to charge 2 bucks for what resembles a watered down ice tea 😂

If I could also leave a 0 star review I truly would. How can this establishment and its workers constantly want a higher pay raise when you can’t get the most simplistic things right on your current hourly wage. Please pay attention to detail! It’s truly not that difficult to put a piece of sausage on a sandwich. But yet again, this establishment proved me wrong. No sausage and an extra piece of egg in its place. I have no words, do better!

Every time we go to this McDonald’s the ice cream machine is down, they don’t staff enough people to handle the volume of business and the wait is long to order our food. You need better managers to run a busy store and not kids who don’t care about their jobs. I worked for McDonald’s in Missouri for 8 years and I’ve never seen as many McDonald’s that don’t have ice cream because the machine is always down. Number one best seller anytime is ice cream.

By far the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered and it takes a lot for me to complain. At first they seemed somewhat busy, however after 37 minutes of waiting and them only calling 3 orders ahead of us, the problem wasn’t a busy issue but an employee issue. Numerous employees standing around, eating food on the line. The poor teen ahead of us ordered one ice cream and still at our 35 minute mark had yet to receive it. We finally checked in and 5 minutes later they come back with our food, except it was 1/3 of the order. We asked for a refund, then another girl tried giving us more food bringing us to 2/3 our order. We got our refund and could hear a lady in the back talking about not minding rude customers. After a 40+ minute ordeal, yes we were just ready to be done.

If I could rate you with no stars I would. Do you really find this a acceptable way to make a deluxe chicken sandwich? I pretty much had to build the sandwich myself the chicken was old and could barely bite it. The fries were old and had no salt on them . Thank you for the worst chicken sandwich I ever ate! You need some training on what to serve your customers and clean your deep fryer!

Terrible!!! Always dirty. Employees never in proper uniform or clean looking. Always an outrageous wait and to top it off there's always something wrong with my order..will drive the extra bit to go to another store even though this one is literally half a block away!! Get it together it's fast food ...yes I work in service industry 22 yrs and this place is pittiful

To make a long story short... I had missing items. It took approximately 15min to get the items. During my wait the employees were playing around as though they were at recess. The manager, Angel, nonchalant about the whole situation. Behind the counter was dirty. No structure, no organization. Certainly no "fast food ". Employees just hanging out, damn near playing patty cake while customers waiting.
