Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Arrived at 12:20 for lunch on a Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately, as the restaurant was obviously full. We had an excellent waiter. He was incredibly intuitive-his timing was impeccable. It was refreshing to not be excessively "fussed" over. Water glasses filled quietly without interruption.👍Quickly reviewed the self pay kiosk with us, and we were on our way. I had the grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. The dressing had little to no flavor 😒🙁 I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce, which you're given a generous amount of, nor was I thrilled with the bland chicken, 😑 although it was perfectly grilled and tender. Always a fan of their french fries, our waiter aptly timed our second round. 😊 My husband enjoyed his hamburger with no complaints. 😋 The acoustics at this location is horrendous. The dining area was extremely loud which made it difficult to carry on a conversation. I would also add that they had ample personal to cover the the busy lunch hour, which was reassuring, considering how most places we've patronized recently are short staffed.

Our food was cold. The restaurant was dirty. They forgot to bring us our appetizer. The manager blamed the new fry person for not cooking it but I think the kitchen manager that calls out the tickets should be held responsible. Did he not wonder why that ticket hadn't been fulfilled? Maybe less flirting and talking with the waitresses and he might have noticed. Don't blame the poor new guy who is doing the frying.

Slow seating and service. Group of ten in their defense, bit still slow AF. Hot inside restaurant. No longer ask how you want your burger cooked. Under cooked bacon and overcooked burger for my taste. Still good stuff though. Pretzel bites piping hot when served. Good stuff with the beer cheese dip !
