Jimmy John's

Definitely not freaky fast. Me and my coworkers have ordered from this location a lot as we work real close and I am sorry but delivery usually isn't that fast and so ordered pickup this time and it wasn't fast either. After half hour someone just went over there to check on things and they made it after she walked in. I have given this location so many 2nd chances and I am finally done. The wait isn't the problem it's every single time I order something from this location my order is wrong. My sandwich is either lacking the certain meat or when I order dbl meat it's only the standard amount, or if I take things off my sandwich it is never removed. So I know everyone's experiences are different, this one is just mine.

The management is very rude and the staff isn't well trained. Ordered a sandwich and the woman said it would be here shortly.. I asked how long shortly would be because the last time i ordered it took a whole hour to be delivered. She then says 45 minutes. Why was I not told this before I ordered my freaky fast sammy?????Not fast at all 1hr wait times for delivery. Spoke with management and they used the excuse that nobody wants to work for then because unemployment pays more? Was also told that there is pretty much an indefinite hour long wait for deliveries. Not ordering from here any more.

This Jimmy Johns is anything but " freaky fast" when it comes to a delivery. It has taken over an hour to get 2 sandwiches prepared and delivered.. I had to call twice and check in on the order. Only the first call 40 minutes after the order was placed I was told that my order was walking at the door... 20 minutes later no sandwiches. So I call again and they said they were sorry and the driver was leaving the store. Beyond frustrating because our lunches are over and now we won' t get to eat. Nothing was said other than "sorry."

The service is fast and the staff is friendly. They didn't put the extra stuff on one of our sandwhiches that we ordered. We ordered "Little John's" and I have to say that compared to the other Jimmy John's this has been the most disappointing. They didn't put a lot of meat on it compared to local JJ's and it's more like 4 to 5-5" instead of 6.5" like it's advertised. Of course the food quality and taste is very good which is why I want the full amount of what I'm supposed to get.

Food is always good. Service was very slow today and all I got was a sorry we are busy. Took almost an hour for my sandwich to get across the street. I understand being busy but when you advertise something you should follow up on that. And as far as just a sorry we are busy with no offer to do anything about it was rude. People don’t order jimmy johns to wait an hour for their sandwich.
